hi me and my wife went to yutopia friday night our first time ever we are both very new to the swinging scene and was both quite nervous. we felt so comfortable the friday night we went back the night after sat night and both had a great time. we will be back this weekend. so from us newstarters it def gets the thumbs up

Great venue, went saturday 20th September for the first time, Host Paula & Phil made us welcome on arrival. great fun in the hot tub & fantastic facilities.

We went to Youtopia last sat night 30 August, it is a very relaxing place and we also met some really nice people. Paula & Phil have provided a much needed venue that is clean , has good facilities and plenty of scope for expansion. We will be back, in the meantime we willing be reccommending it to all our like minded friends.

My husband and I went for the first time last Sunday, (the 31st August), which was a quiet day for YouTopia. There were one other couple there besides us when we got there, and another couple joined us soon after.

The facilities are fantastic with a hot tub, some gym equipment, swings to play on, a sauna and a few toys on hand in the bedrooms, (whips, paddles, etc), to play with if you feel the need.

Phil and Paula are very relaxed and easy going, they're passing this attitude onto everyone else which is what is making it work. The 2nd couple we met invited us to join them in the hot tub which we did and had a bit of a play with them while we were in there, (naughty us lol), then Phil & Paula came to join us where we all chatted and had a laugh together.

After the hot tub, the other girl and I went into the sauna, (I didn't think I'd be keen as it's only just big enough for 4 people), but I loved it while my hubby and her hubby went outside for a cigarette.

The other couple told us they had been on the previous night when it was a bit busier, (I think there were about 16 people all together), and rated it very highly. Everyone was polite, respectful of others and they all had a great night by all accounts.

The club is clean, it doesn't smell or seem at all seedy and sordid. It's a good well run, clean and inviting club for people to go just to be themselves and have a really good time.

Would I recommend the club? Hell yes!!!! If you're looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable then this is the place for you. If you're looking for just a shag then it's not the place for you at all.

Did I have fun? Well, I did what I felt comfortable doing in a place that's friendly and relaxed without any pressures at all.

We've already booked our next visit and I can't wait.

We visited for the first time on Friday 29 August.
Found it to be a fantastic place with no end of areas to play in ,outdoors and indoors.
Very clean and well presented, we were greeted and shown around the spacious premises and then left to wander at will.
We met some nice people and had good conversation and ended the night with a little fun in one of the play rooms.
We will be back to make the most of what is a fantastic place .

we went for our first time to youtopia on a saturday night, the facilities was very good and everywhere was very clean, we were made to feel very very welcome superb hosts .there was a brilliant atmosphere there must of been 10 other new couples as well as ourselves, and im sure they would say the same as us we were shown around and was realy impressed we was very tempted to stay for fun on the sunday but unfortunately had to get back home. oh and the hot tub well what can we say there must of been 8 people in one of the times we went in and there were hands all over and very nice too we would and will recommend to all

Our first visit to a club, and we were pretty nervous, but needn't have been. Everyone was so friendly we soon felt relaxed. The facilities were clean, Phil and Paula were very welcoming and we had a great night with no pressure.
We went with the feeling that we'd be leaving after one drink, and certainly not playing, but before we knew it, it was 4am! An excellent night. We can recommend it to the nervous newbie as well as the more experienced, and we will definitely be back soon!

We went again for the anniversary night on saturday 23rd August, what a great night,great food on the buffet, great music and loads of fun.
This must be the most relaxed place possible to enjoy an evening of fun.
If you have not tried it yet, you dont know what you are missing.
Keep up the great work phil and paula.
And you will see us there again and again.

Visited the club this bank holiday weekend (Saturday and Sunday), took our Caravan down so we didn't have to drive home and could have lots of fun over the weekend.

Excellent venue with super hosts, well done on a year in business.

The hot tub was fantastic, good accessories in the playroom, very clean with a very welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of areas to go and play both inside and out depending on your personal choice.

Highly recommended, even the single men there on the Sunday were not pushy which makes a nice change.

Plenty of fun was had and we will defo be back!!!

went for the first time on Friday 15th August.. Made to feel very welcome in a nice relaxed environment, Everyone was very relaxed and not clicky at all. Very clean and the hosts were great! there were 5 other couples and 3 single guys so it was very nice to be able to chat. Nice facilities, used the hammock, hot tub, sauna and the play rooms.. all in all a great night. For anyone wanting to go to a club for the first time this is definatly the place to choose!!!
I would highly reccomend it to anyone.. the sex was great but the cheese and onion Baguett was even better!!! lol

Will be back as regulars..

What can I say simply perfect!! been a few times now the scence is spectacular and breath taking.Always lots of fun going on in the play rooms.It has a Mean jaquzzi!!! The club bases itself on a very private chilled out enviroment.Not clicky everybody freindly Phil and Paula so helpfull and make you feel so welcome. If you have never been here i recomend you give it a try you wont be dissapointed.

First time here and was made most welcome by the hosts. For a Friday night it was a bit quiet to start with, but gradually more couples appeared.
Big thanks especially to June who took me in hand (quite literally) at times plus 2 other couples from North East who were good players.
Early days here, they have big and good plans so good luck to all there.
Will definately go again when next in Yorkshire. I found it far more relaxing and inviting than some of the bigger, rather tacky places in Sheffield or Leeds.

We visited this fantastic place on Friday night the 11th July.
From the moment we met the hosts Paula and Phill we were made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable whilst they showed us around their lovely home.
Set in picturesque surroundings with total privacy Youtopia is a place to chill as much as to have fun in!
The atmosphere is more of a private house party in their rustic (and spotless)well equipped establishment.
We had a drink in the friendly bar then made our way to the hot tub where we had fun with a lovely non-pushy guy we met there (thanks Ian!)
We were wanting to stay longer and make use of the huge playroom that is there but unfortunately we had to be off home.
We have already asked if we can visit again this weekend we enjoyed ourselves that much...
We are so grateful to have found such a unique club like this and plan to visit as often as we can..Thank you again Paula and Phill!
All the hard work you put in makes it the club it is.

We went to Youtopia for the first time on Friday 4th July and what a brilliant evening it was. Phil and Paula make you very welcome and everyone there were friendly. We did not go into the hot tub this time but we will the next as it looked very inviting. The whole place is lovely, clean and plenty of room to either sit having a drink in the bar area or lots of room to play. Thanks again Phil and Paula we will be back and yes we owe you a bottle opener lol.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Phil and Paula who hosted me on Wednesday afternoon/evening. A great relaxing environment and easy to find location. I will certainly be back to see them again and make some more friends.I would definately recommend this club to others .The mid week session is a great way of breaking the week up .....so guys/girls look forward to seeing you there sometime. A lot has already been said by the other reviewers we simply wanted to add that Phil and Paula make Youtopia a great place. Not only is it clean, warm, welcoming, relaxed and in a great location but it has Great Hosts too in Phil and Paula.

We have been to Youtopia twice now...the first time to see if it was what we wanted and the second time because it is what we want!
Phil and Paula are lovely people....non judgemental and very friendly and they put us at ease straight away...we love Phil's sense of humour!
The facilites are very well presented and exceptionally clean.
We had great fun in the hot tub and progressed to the loveswing in the warehouse........wonderful.
The people we met on our second visit were good fun.....we shared a very inexpensive drink with them in the hot tub.
We are looking foreward to more fun at Youtopia and wish Paula and Phil every success with Youtopia.

Myself and friend went on Wednesday afternoon 4/6/08.
We were met by Phil who introdused us to Paula, they are a nice couple easy to talk to and pleasant.
All facilities were clean and well prosented, none pushy relaxed atmospher.
We will be going back again had a good fun day.

this was our first club we have been to and found it to be be better than we was expecting , ie clean ,pleaswant and the hosts could.nt have been more friendly. also it has a jacuzzi n sauna and we will be going again asap.hope to see some of you there xxx ps the location is fantastic.

We visited the club mid week and on a Friday night and were impressed.
The club models itself on a house party type of theme and offers facilities that in our experience surpass others. Location is off the beaten track with good private parking. The House offers downstairs reception / bar area and a separate sreenable room for dancing / playing etc. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each containing two beds. Outside there is an annexe building which offers numerous facilities eg 8 person hot tub, swing, bed, sex furniture, double shower etc. Single males were 'well behaved' which is not always the case at some places.
The hosts Paula and Phil are very friendly and have plans to enhance the private outside area for Summer activities.
A big and original advantage of this club is that it offers on site stayover facilities and you can even take your Caravan.
We would recommend Youtopia to newbies and to the more experienced. There is so much to do and try that the evening will whizz by.

Well what can one say about this venue, my partner and I went and had an absolutely fabulous time.
The people there were a great bunch, friendly and fun, the owners have put so much effort in to give it a nice homely feel.
We will definitely be back, and can only say (Try it) you will love the place.

Hi Carole and Graham here we have been to youtopia twice now and had a great time there the people we have meet there are very friendly and the owners are a loverly couple we have only been swinging for a couple of months together and have been to other clubs but this is our favorate venue it is a very relaxed and the facilitys are very good

Well where can i start this club is friendly down to earth club i have had the plesure in joining. Phil and Paula and a realy nice couple and are very accomadating nothing is a problem to them. It is located in a beautiful part of north yourkshire and since becoming a member only two months ago i have made niw friends and had loads of fun in the proces.

We Really enjoyed Yutopia. I went again last night to a mixed night and this time took along my partner. She was a little nervous but soon relaxed in this very friendly,clean and fresh new club. The jacuzzi was a fun way to break the ice and make new friends lol then into the
play areas where we progressed from bed to hammock and back again meeting single and couples along the way. We would recommend Yutopia and will be regular attendees can wait to see how they grow to realise the potential the obviously have.
I have now attended mixed greedy girl night and an have had a great fun times always and met some really nice people. Keep up the good work Paula and Phil xx

We went to this club again last Sat, usually wait to review a club till we have been a few times. That was out 4th visit, so now for the review.

In the past we have normally travelled to Manchester or West Brom to go to big clubs like Cupids / Partners / Chams and Xtasia. We still visit these every so often, but Youtopia provides us with a different sort of club. Its smaller, more intimate, its very easy to get to chat to people and therefore find some friends for fun.

The owners are very welcoming and the place is very clean. On the times we have been there has been between 12 and 25 couples, expect that will increase in the summer.

If you want a change from the big clubs give Youtopia a try, you'll not be disapointed.

Our first outing to a swinging club last saturday ....FANTASTIC!!! Paula and Phil introduced us to everyone and made us feel very welcome. Nerves disappeared in the hot tub and by the time we made it onto the love swing we were totally at ease!!! We were very unsure what to expect but it really was just like being at a friends house party. Thankyou all for a great night.We will be back!!

As a new couple to the UK swinging scene, we would like to thank paula and phil for an excellent evening of fun in Youtopia. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. All present on Easter Saturday where respectful and polite, it seemed to be a social evening amongst friends, which encourages people to be relaxed and enjoy the play. We will be certainly attending in the future and would recommend to all.

What a fabulous venue. We don't have a bad word to say about this club. It is more like a house party in terms of atmosphere and there were about 20 couples when we went on Easter Saturday. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and all the guests. There was a good age spread with lots of great looking couples.
To all those who we played with, thanks for a great time, especially the 1st timers (you know who we mean).
We hope this club goes from strength to strength and we can't wait for the summer for some fun in the sun.

Went on a Saturday night. As a single guy I phoned before hand and Phil was very informative, friendly giving me the details I needed for making my "swinging" debut!! On arrival Paula gave me the "guided" tour of the fascillities, hot tub was excellent, and made me feel welcome. I found all the couples there to be friendly and free to give good advice. The atmosphere at the club at no point made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I had a really good night, some fun, and met some nice people. In short a gem of a place and best of all not miles away! I shall definitely be going back and hope my other visits will be as enjoyable as the first!

We have been to yutopia and found it to be a friendly place, excellent facilities, we love the hot tub and sauna. Very welcoming and friendly hosts who look after you so well. The club is an excellent place to meet up with like minded pple in a no pressure situation.We will be back!

visited youtopia on the greedygirl night for the first time greeted by phil and paula who are very friendly and great hosts there were 5 couples and approx 5 single males a great mix everyone was very friendly and everyone is put at ease with the great facilities, sauna, hot tub,everywhere is clean fresh towels and robes were available.met some great people had a fun time and would certainly recommend a vist.i hope to visit again very soon.

we visited Youtopia on Saturday 2nd February along with some friends of ours from Doncaster. We all had a great night, the location is perfect, so private, the hosts Paula and Phil are a very friendly, genuine couple who go out of their way to make the night special for everyone. The club (doesn't seem the right word for it, more like a very intimate house party) is very local to us so we'll probably be going back again (and again lol). We didn't get the chance to try the hot tub but it looked very inviting mmmmmmm. Thanks Paula and Phil we had a great time and will definately be seeing you soon.xxx

went back too youtopia on 16th Feb for the valentines party, what a fantastic night, about 20 cpls or so with a real party atmosphere, again nearly every cpl played, we will be goin back again and again, this has too be the friendliest, cleanest and most relaxed club in the swinging scene, If you haven't yet tried it, we urge you too give it a try, you will not regret it, see you soon Phil-Paula

We were introduced to Youtopia by a couple we had met on here. This was our first ever meet and our first ever visit to a club. I was really nervous all week, hubby was looking forward to it but had read a few bad things about clubs, we hadn’t heard about Youtopia. I think it is one of the best kept secrets.

We had booked into a local motel nearby (which is on the club site by the way, with good discounts for members). The hotel was very clean, staff great, room great.

We arrived at the club to be met by Phil and Paula, a lovely couple who put us at ease straight away and were given a tour. The main building is smart, spotless, cosy, well decorated and very comfortable. A nice well stocked bar (very inexpensive). With nice private rooms upstairs. The warehouse has a great hot tub and was very busy, once we got in we didn’t want to get out (until playtime on the swing!), nice small sauna and lots of play furniture and toys.

Considering this was our first time I cannot believe how adventurous we got, we chatted about it later and came to the conclusion that it was because it was so well run. There was no pressure to do anything, no weirdo’s.

We had such a great time that we are going again, hopefully this Saturday for the Valentines party, which we have heard is going to be fun with lots of people, can’t wait......

If you are newcomers like us then this is the place to go, I think because we had chatted to a couple before who were going it may have been easier, as we were straight into the social bit after meeting, having a drink and a giggle. If anyone would like to go this week mail us and we will be happy to tell you more, meet you there for a drink.

This place is going to be big, happy that we have joined, the plans for expansion at this club are big and I believe the membership will soar. Now, off to by that leather Basque, she looked so hot in it (thanks Hun xxx)

Having visited 3 times now as a single guy I must say I would recommend this venue to all sofisticated swingers. Not your usual converted wharehouse type of venue but one which immediately puts everyone at ease. Lots of facilities and the scope for much more in the future, this is definately the place to be.
I wish Phil&Paula every success in the future as they have created through their own efforts and finance a wonderful place for us all to meet.

We visited the club on Jan 29th. The place was lovely, very clean, though retro rather than trendy. We met some great couples and won every time on the raffle!!!!!We will come back and are looking forward to hot summer nights . There are many plans for expansion afoot , Youtopia will only improve especially with the support it deserves.

I have been a couple of times to Youtopia and I can say it is fantastic all the people that go there are really friendly and they made me feel really welcome Phil and Paula are great hosts and make sure you are not left on your own can't wait to go back

We went too Youtopia on Saturday 26th of Jan 2008, there were about 10 cpls there when we arrived, everyone was very friendly and chatty, 9 out of the 10 cpls played and the settings and cleanliness were 1st class, this is not like your typical swingers club, it is more like a very friendly house party, we will definitely be going back as soon as we can get a weekend free, just a note to say thanx Paula you were great with your advice.

Youtopia is the place to be, Fab hosts providing a warm welcome in quality surroundings. With secure and discrete parking you can get down to making friends and enjoying yourself. Fridays and Sats have been my nights and I've met some lovely people. No matter how you want to play it really is the place to be.

Having been to various clubs here in the Yorkshire and North East over that last 8 - 10 years or so, I have to say what a refreshing place Youtopia really is!
My visit there on Friday 4th January 2008 was certainly by far the best I have experienced in a long time.
I was greeted by Phil, the host and shown around the vast array of facilities , all of which were available for members use including very high tech gym equipment.
I was personally introduced to all the members present and also to Paula, Phil's partner.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, more like a house party than anything else.
The quantity of people through the door seems to be less important to the hosts with a preference more on balance of Male / Females and comfort.
I didn't venture into the 'Hot Tub' this time, but I must on my next visit, it looked SO inviting!
I could go on more and more about the virtues of Youtopia, but will only say.... Get there and see for yourself, you won't regret it....!
Oh yes.... to answer the last question on the list.... I most certainly had FUN....!!!

We arrived at Youtopia to a very warm welcome, not only from Phil and Paula but from the other people in attendance. We had a great night and was a great experience to celebrate not only the New Year but our first time to a Swingers party.
We will not say that it is a club like others rate it as, but a very nice and friendly atmosphere to meet people of like minds, who are understanding and full of good advice.
Phil and Paula have big plans for expansion of the already excellent facilies, and with the help of other people supporting them, we are sure they will be able to make it happen.
Once again, we had a great night and met some great people and we are already planning our next visit!

We want to the club last saturday, our first time to a swinging club or anything else in this new lifestyle.
The place was clean warm tidy.
Paula and phil are a nice couple, welcoming and non pushy.
We found the whole night was great not to many couple there but again its that time year when everyone xmas on their minds. We enjouyed the Spa and the bar, talked to a a couple for ags. we did not swing just played in the Spa. I suspect the Club will be very busy as time goes on. 11 acres of ground to have fun in.( weather permitting !)
We are planning to go back for the Xmas party. Its a great place to go. cheap drinks good buffett if you are looking for relaxing venue and easy going people then you have found it. I agree i was quit but then i have been told all clubs are early on. we stayed to about 2.30am and only lef as I was tired and at work next day. We will back for fun and games.
I suggestion to Phil and Paula more tits and cocks for the drinks !.

we went on a saturday night ( couple only ) there were four other couples in attendance, no atmosphere at all.
although on the plus side the hosts are nice and freindly and put on a buffet.
the "club" consists of a house with the bedrooms acting as playrooms.
the sauna , although new ,can only manage two people at a time, and if you want to use it you have to walk from the club about 20 metres to the converted barn.
we paid the £25 membership but only stayed about half an hour.
In conclusion, ideal for a private party, but as a club they have a long,long way to go

Nice hosts,and as a private party swinging venue it is not, we went on a couples only night and there were only a few couples there, tey were expecting ten.
i am sure the hosts are trying, but they would be better off opening when its finished, the club consists of a house, not got the feel of a club, dont get us wrong nice and clean but defnatley will not be going back
