Youtopia is a dedicated members only venue run by swingers. Formerly an old mill our unique 11 acre pemises are being developed as a venue where like-minded individuals can meet in a social, totally unpressured environment, an ideal setting for a playful weekend, we are easy to find but nicely secluded with plenty of secure parking.
Our venue provides house parties with a bar, eating and lounge area and upstairs playrooms with play furniture and equipment. We have an infrared sauna, hot tub, pole dancing and gym equipment, play swings and a range of adult goodies to enhance your enjoyment. There is a changing area with a roomy shower, lockers, towels, hairdrier etc., are supplied.
Dress code: Ladies - Sexy/elegant, Gents - Smart/casual. Theme nights - Fancy dress optional.
Yearly Membership - first visit free.
Open Friday and Saturday evenings from 8.30pm. Couples parties 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Greedy Girl, BBW, Bi/CD/TV/TS and Fetish nights.

We went to Youtopia on 29th Nov a Saturday couples night, for the first time. We had a great night, Phil & Paula were very welcoming and helpful as we were in our motorhome, staying for the night. We had a very sexy and relaxed night with a great group of people and will definatley be going again.

Been to Youtopia many times now, we love it there. Very relaxed sexy atmosphere, great location, recommended for regular swingers and newbies. Phil and Paula make everyone feel welcome and we always have lots of sexy fun when we are there. Mixed Nights on Fridays are great, but then so are Couples Nights on Saturdays. Great Club!!!

I have been to youtopia many, many, many times lol, its always better each time i go!!! the members are great its relaxed and full of fun! paula and phill are great hosts and its really clean and well looked after!
i will be going again very soon! its great as they have some more lovely room to rent for the night or longer!

This was only my second time at swinging club and i was made to feel very relaxed by both Paula and Phil.The place is kept very clean and the atmosphere is friendly.Once a few drinks are had and a visit to the hot tub the rest is history. will definatly be wanting to return soon. Thanks.

Thanks to Phil and Paula for letting us arrange a camping weekend at their wonderful venue.
The best swinging weekend we've ever had. A great mix of people, from all over the country. As always a spotlessly clean venue with great facilities including plenty of room for secluded outdoor fun.
Saturday afternoon was fantastic, 30 or so couples sitting by the stream enjoying the sun and a barbeque! The evening was what swinging is all about!!
Can't wait for the next one, Youtopia is definately worth a visit.

We went to Youtopia last night (10th July) and what a brilliant night. We have been a few times before and it just gets better and better. There was a camping weekend going on so lots of people there which really made it a great evening. Phil and Paula are always very welcoming and really friendly this is are favourite club and we will be going back soon.

Thanks for another great night. It's been a too long since our last visit but you've made some great improvements in that time. We'd recommend this club to anyone (apart from our parents lol), it really is fantastic!!

it was my first time as a swinger and i felt wecome and the atmosphere was great and i would recommend this site to all i went on a fridat night 26 june. and yes i did enjoy it

13Th June 2009. Our very first visit to a high Quality venue,(at last) this felt like going round to a mates house for a few relaxed drinks, we will be visiting here again real soon,If you want high quality surroundings and hygienic cautious hosts then look no further,A big thank you Paula for well prepared food and Phil for your friendliness towards everyone there, belated happy birthday. Deb sorry you had to leave, maybe next time.see you there soon.

We visited here for the first time last night and will be going back. Paula & Phil are great hosts and the atmosphere is so relaxed it's untrue! It isn't anything like any of the clubs we have been to in the past and they are working on it all the time, making it better and better! So, if you want a great night I'd recommend this place. It would also be fantastic for any nervous newbies.

Went to Youtopia for the weekend it was fantastic could not fault the place we stayed there for the full weekend. Phil and Paula are fantastic hosts, there were plenty of lovely genuine people who attended on both nights, the single guys that went on the friday were very well behaved, the place is immaculatly clean and has everything any genuine swinger could wish for with a fantastic friendly atmosphere we will be attending again very soon. Thanks to Phil and paula for a lovely weekend.

visited youtopia last night with friends and i must say what a great time i had. Warm friendly welcome by Phil and Paula. A very relaxed atmostfere lots of nice friendly pepole that make you feel very relaxed.It a very clean each room as a differant feel to it the hot tub is fantastic. I would recomend Youtopia to anybody thanks for a great night phil and paula and pebbs and bams for taking me tigger

We visited Youtopia on several occasions last year whilst visiting the area.
Having visited at least half a dozen clubs on our travels, this is definitely up there with the best (if not the best!!) The club is unique in the facilities that it offers as accurately highlighted in previous reports and would recommend this club to both first timers and the more experienced alike. The club is well policed by first class hosts Paula & Phil and prowling groups of single guys are not a problem. With regards to the location, why not stay the night or take your camping gear - we have.
Last Friday (22/5/09) we visited again and the facilities have improved and are a credit to the hard work that Phil & Paula have put in and was very well attended.
To sum up:-
ideal for newbies - just go for a drink & no need to take your clothes off if you prefer or enjoy the excellent facilities to the full if you feel more adventurous.
