hi well what a nite we had on friday 18th at my party would love to say thanx to clive and the bar staff for a brill pary and a very big big thanx to jazzy jeff and the lovely viv for the great food she done for me and the great music and well anther big thank u to the ple that turned up and all the presents i got so once again a very big thank you to evey one involved for making my party go with a big bang

Went for first time Fri 18th for Jeans birthday bash.... what can i say but had a brill night staff friendly...lovely place people friendly,made us feel at home.... will deffo go again and deffo recomend.x met some lovely people too.x and loved the Jacuzzi.xxx

It was our first visit (first time visiting any club infact! on Fri night and we were very nervous but were made to feel extremely welcome by the hosts and other guests. Enjoyed it so much we went back on the Saturday night and are hoping to go again this week too!! Great people, great atmosphere, had lots and lots of fun in lots of different rooms, and love the wet area!! Highly recommended!

Visited last night 10/06 and although not that busy or that much action had a good night. Music was great all night which along with a mix of friendly people made for a good experience. The club was clean although the showers are not wonderful. Do agree with previous posts about the news being on the TV in the bar - and over the music. Be good if the bi night takes off, nowhere good to go in the north west

visited last sat 25/05 my partner very dissapointed at being followed every time we made a move far too many single males were let in 2 or 3 three of theese were a total pain we know of other couples leaving early for same reason we will give it another try shortly if no better will be or last

My wife and I visited the club last Friday (23rd May 08). This was our first time in this or any other swingers club and we were a little nervous beforehand. As it turned out there was no reason to be. The experience was a very pleasant and relaxing one. On arrival, we were given a guided tour and shown how everything worked. We had a drink and then got changed before enjoying the various rooms. Sue found the constant "following around" a little off-putting and we ended up in the couples only room which was very relaxing. We would especially like to thank Jane and her husband who were very helpful and encouraging during a conversation we had whilst getting dressed later on.

If like us you are considering the club and are a little aprehensive then we would strongly recommend that you try a visit. You will be under no pressure and will have a good time, even if you spend the evening with each other.

We will certainly be going again in a couple of weeks, this time trying the couples night on a Thursday.

My girlfriend and I went to Partners in April 2008 on a saturday night, our first trip to a club. Overall it was a mixed bag, the club seemed interesting with some novel props and areas that could potentially be a major turn on. Also it was not unclean, in contrast to previous posts. However, the place was over-populated by single men milling around and following us (or more accurately the gf) everywhere. Many of them didn't understand the no means no rule and kept trying it on time after time, despite the continued protests that we were just having a look and getting a feel for the place (it was our first time after all). The subtle pressure to perform was extremely off-putting as we had no opportunity to relax or explore. In retrospect we should really have had some of them chucked out, but it didn't occur at the time. This hasn't necessarily deterred us however, we prepared for the possibility that it would be a disappointment and may try a couples only night before we make a final judgement.

we went on sat 26th april and met the truly lovely carl and selena. But the club its self was a big let down. It seemed the owners didn't care much for the place was really in need of an update. Looks nothing like website pics. Single men everywhere following you around. The overall impression was very seedy. they let a woman in that was smashed out her face on drugs who didn't look like she wanted to be there and could barely walk. Some of the rooms were really smelly and had overflowing bins of used durex. the changing rooms were awful. The only other club i've been to is chameleons and thats exactly where i'll always be going in future. The only positive thing about the night was the lovely people we chatted to.

Theve sorted the smoking issue-by parking an old stinky cold van outside the front door!!

Not acceptable to sit a dressing gown and slippers with local people walking the dog past!!

It makes me laugh that you can run a swingers club but you cant smoke in the building !!buts thats the law !!

well we revisited partners sun 24 th on a couples only night ( and got lost yet agin lol ) the atmospere was totaly different we actually stopped all night we enjouyed the club and its phacilaties found it to be very clean and tidy never saw any signs of scum or anything in ither the jaccuzi or plunge pool recomend sun night to any cple who want a relaxed no preasure sunday night we also noticed a new sign on the coples only room clearly stating any males found there weather invited or not would be emediatley removed and membersip cancled a mutch more enjouyable night for us both

We went again on Thursday 21st Feb 2007, which was a couples only night.

Wow what a great time we had, the place was busy, in fact the busiest we have seen it since the smoking ban came in. The orgy and couples room were often so full you couldn't get in and for once every couple seemed to be at it, very hot!!

Previous criticisms about the Jacuzzi and the levels of chlorine have been addressed, the redecoration looks to be nearly complete (last coat of painting in wet area still to do), the bar area is finished and looking really good.

The staff were really friendly and seemed like they actually wanted to be there and were actively giving people proper tours around the club which was nice to see.

Website still needs sorting out and they could probably do with turning off the vanilla TV in the bar and putting porn back on. Not so sexy sitting there listening to the news!!

Also can you please purchase some new CD's and turn off that awful dance CD that is always played too loud to have a conversation.

Hi ent to partners last night for first time. Thurs 7th Feb and had a great time. Stayed with each other due to nerves but the atmosphere was electric. Couples were putting on shows all ove the club. The orgy room the couples room, everywhere. The people were great and the club had couples of all ages there. There were no pushy people and we got a few tips off more experinced swingers. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly. There was a sexy couple in their mid thirties( you know who you are) who put on a fantastic show in the maze. She was a very sexy gorgeous blond wearing amazing red leather boots over the knee with matching red thong and bra.We have never been turned on as much in our lives. You could see how much they were turning each other on. He was also good looking with tattoos on his arms. There lust just made the room seem electric. You just wanted to join straight in with them. My husband could not stop speaking about her all night and how much he would have loved to play with her. I have never considered another woman but this lady relly had me turned on and i would definitely had joined her if i been invited to do so. We have been kicking ourselves for not making an approach but will definitely be going back again. Hopefully the same couple will be there on our next visit. We were really nervous when we arrived and sat outside for half an hour before plucking up the courage to go in. We soon discovered that there was no need for this. Very friendly staff and people. We would recommend this club to anyone.

We visited on a Sunday night not so long ago... The host is really nice and puts you at ease straight away..

As it was our first time there we didn't know what to expect, but soon got the hang of it!

Visited Partner's last night (Saturday 2 February) - bar area now refurbished and looking really good. Problem however with VERY heavy chlorine dosing of Hot Tub. From the top of the stairs adjacent to the Pool Table & Playrooms the smell was quite noticeable. Once downstairs and into wet area it was very strong when in the Hot Tub the fumes coming directly off the water had the eyes stinging and watering within two minutes. We persevered for a few minutes and had to give up. Tried again another twice during the evening but it was impossible to stay in the tub for any longer than five minutes.

we have been to partners twice this year, and we had a great night on both occasions.
The staff are really friendly and made us feel very welcome.
We went on a thursday which is couples night and again on a friday night which is a mixed night, both were really good nights and we had a lot of fun on both, the single guys are great and if you tell them straight that your not interested they back off completely.
I would recommend this club to anyone as its clean safe and friendly , and as for the comments about larger people, well there were a few on a friday night when we went and all i can say is good on you all you look fantastic, it makes a change to see real women x x

I was at the clubon Saturday 26th too and yes I am one of the "larger" people.My partner and I had a fab time and found the atmosphere to be extremely friendly.
The only complaint I have is that when in the couples room, a "slender" man stepped over me, squeezed inbetween us and another couple,and shoved his knee in my tits.
We love Partners and will be going back.

it was my second time that us two been to partners first time we went was diff than second time becuase the wet room was being dune up,there was a gud few people in first nite when we went the second time we went, it was a big party that i sorted out coz i knew it was be gud to be held at partners big place and nice place too people there was soooooo friendly with us even we didnt know them they said ellos and how are we u know wot i mean i would deafo go again and again

This is our 8th or 9th time at the club and we love it. I think some of the previous comments are valid. In that on sat the 26th the changing area and the pool did have a bad odour. I also think that you should take into condsideration that the club is undergoing a little refurbishment therefore things are not as clean as they possibly could be and it does smell a bit foisty due to wet paint and floors etc.
With respect to the comment about it being full of larger people, it was! And may I add they were all very friendly lovely and respectful and I have not had a better night there in all the times I have been going. I appreciate that larger people are not to some peoples taste, but being of larger build I think that others should appreciate that we like to play and be in a club environment too.
I think its quite distasteful to judge someone on their size, if its not your thing then why not call the bloody club in advance and ask them if they are allowing us larger people in that night. If they are you can stay your arse at home so we dont offend you with our weight.
Furthermore, I have smelt bad body odour on people and especially on the 26th there was a smell. May I add that after careful investigation (im a clean freak) the person/s with the bad body odour was actually a male and female of the smaller size.
Maybe the previous author should have stayed longer than 20minutes and took the time to get to know people, irrespective of their size, and they may actually have got value for money. Instead they went home £20 lighter, having no fun and ultimatly found the need to insult large people. Beacause Thats what you have done!!!!!

Went for the first time Sat 26/01/08,we found it very dirty,the locker room is small and in need of an update, the wet area was full of people (mostly very large people), the play area's had a terrible smell, as did the locker rooms, bad body odour was everywhere, we paid our 20 quid and left after 20 minutes, back to Chams next time.

Went to partners on Friday 18th which is a mixed night. We have been to partners many times and it really does seem to be getting a lot quieter. There were probably about 6-7 couples and about a dozen single men although many of the couples seem to leave by 12.

The jacuzzi and pool area really does need sorting out, although the jacuzzi was working this time it had far too much chlorine in it (again) making everyones eyes sting. As the wet area is the main strength of Partners it really does spoil the fun.

There is ongoing refurbishment which is great although we do wonder whether the owners hearts really are in it. The website is never updated and they really don't seem happy when ever we see them (maybe it is us!!).

Smoking is still an issue and maybe this is why people are staying away, I wouldn't fancy going into the alley by the entrance area in a dressing gown at 1am!!

Still had some great fun with couples and some of the single guys, we just hope it can sort out the problems.

IMO they need to have more themed nights, update the website, finish the refurbishment (including some of the playing rooms which are getting tatty), sort out the smoking issue and generally take more interest in the club and the punters.

We went to partners last Sunday 13.1.08 we have a very good time we met two couples who were both very nice and made us feel very welcome as we are both new to the seen and was also very nervous. The atmosphere is nice we both loved the pools and the couples room which we shared with the couples that we met during the night. Some of the other single rooms are a bit small but ok. We would recommend the club to anyone who fancies some fun, but i must say that there isnt any parking its just on street parking. We will be going back soon and we also hope to meet L and J again hope to see you soon.

Our 1st time on Sat 12th Jan 08.Found the club very clean, staff very friendly and in general very well run. Had no problems with the single males they were all very polite. Met lots of people all very friendly and easy to get along with. Had an excellent night
we will be going back again very soon.

we went to parters for the first time on sat 29th dec, very dissapointed. even though we have only been to one other club we were not comfortable in partners at all.
the biggest trouble with partners is that it must be run for the money not for the love of swinging as more money from single gents as its £30 per visit and £50 per year where as only £10 per visit for the ladies and £20 for couples with no annual membership fee.

Also staff on door more interested with the football on his tv than who's coming in, there where no forms to fill in ,just took the money told him 1st time here and asked for a show round which took only 1/2 mins as all he did was point up the stairs and said "the bar and some rooms are up there" then took us though the very small changing "cupboard" opened the door and said "wet area here and play area at back" and that's it, he went back to his football.

then we put our stuff in the locker (if you can call it that, didn't close right, big gaps around the door) and had a quick look in wet area. bravo well done something right, wet area was lovely couldn't wait to get in there but coz still cloth edwent for drink and relax in the bar upstairs, and again very nice.

soon after we went down stairs to get undressed and sorry to go on but the changing room is a joke .We are on the big side and you could only fit 2/3 people in the at any 1 time. went in wet area and pool had 4 gents in and jacuzzi had 3 gent in so went up stairs to play rooms, rooms ok doors in very small only half size but the rest OK. came out after a good play and 8 blokes all waiting out side rooms . Went for drink and more or less decided to leave. we went for a quick play in slave rooms (again good equipment) and with n 30 sec a bloke came sniffing. With that got changed paid bill (£2 for 2 cans coke) and left and never ever going back. :evil:

We attended on Sunday the 30th Dec...had a great night the club has much improved with the new decor.... met a lovely couple Guy and Liz...and had a sexi fun time....sorry we missed you before we left folks but will be there the next party night at the end of january thats for sure..!

Been to partners on quite a few different nights, this is a very clean and friendly club, atmosphere is great and very exciting. they have quite a few different rooms, the wet area is fantastic and we spend a lot of time there, we always have great fun and the party nights are brilliant too, next one being New Years Eve,what a way to start 2008.(CANT WAIT)

went on sat night, there were only about 4 couples in and about 12 single men, the new bar area is nice but the seating makes it difficult to converse with others and break the ice, the sauna was switched off, which was a pain.
we didnt play with anyone else, followed everywhere by single guys which again was annoying.

Nice new bar area, though a bit bare looking. Shame the Sex Shop was closed.
But - worse, much worse - they ran out of condoms!! - a bit like a pub with no beer!!

We went on a couples only night (22/11)> Wow, what a great time, nice and relaxed, had great fun in the couples room and just had a great and relaxing time. I woudl rate this and Isis in Leeds as two of the best clubs around( and i've visited a few...).

well the first time in quite some time we have been to partners the club apperance has changed the new decor is good but for us thats were the good things end we spent a total of 30 min in the club we didnt even get chance to open a drink before we were asked will u come play with me the guy didnt even say hello we decide to go for a walk arround to see how the rest had changed we couldent pass any single male without being asked into a room we went to go into the suppoidly cples only room to be asked for the 3 rd time by the same male could he come in and join us then on getting to the door ther were 2 single males alredy inside just well no idea why it is called a cples only room at this point we left some 30 min after entering the club we counted in exess of 10 single males to aprox 12 cples what its like on a cples only who knows its just a shame so many ignorant single males spoil it for the few genuine ones we for one shall never be going back on an open night

We went for the first time last night (15/09/07) and ive gotta say, we were quite impressed. We met a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and relaxed.

Pool area is brill and there were quite a few people there too which we didnt expect. Bar area is undergoing refurbishment but is still nice.

The only thing i would say is that smokers now have to go outside the front area which is a back alley and people are constantly walking past (walking their dogs or whatever) and it does seem a little too much, (maybe some where round the back would be much more private)but on the whole, a nice place to be.

As we are a young couple, we found a few young couples in there to my surprise who were gorgeous by the way!

We would recommend this club to anyone going for the first time, you will be realaxed, thats for sure!

Well me and Guy went to Partners in Bury for the first time on Bank Hol Sunday (26 Aug 07). It was actually the first time we have ever been to a Swingers Club, we were both very nervous and not sure what to expect.

We arrived in a taxi local to us (great conversation with the taxi-man telling him how we were going to see friends on Whitlegge Street - but couldn't remember their name or what number they lived at haha). A tip for anyone who hasnt been before - it isn't on the main street, but down a little alley and you can recognise it from the black canopy over the little door.

We arrived, shaking like a leaf, and had to ring the doorbell. Waiting for an answer was torture - we were terrified of being seen! We paid our cash (£20 for us both), was handed a towel and kinda looked a bit stranded having no idea what to do!

Clive (the owner) was fab - noticed us looking scared and realised we were new. He showed us to the dressing room to dump our bag in the locker, took us upstairs to the bar to hand our alcohol to the lady, told us how to get our drinks (we had a little key fob with a number - you just show that and they serve your drinks back to you). Showed us the pool area etc and explained that you have to get undressed to be around the pool, or the little rooms - but can wear swim-wear, underwear etc and cover up with a towel if you like.

After that we just kinda sat in the bar area for a while, to relax and calm down! We talked to some really nice couples, everyone is extremely friendly and you can just talk to people without pressure. I kinda thought if I got talking to someone they would 'expect' something from you - but it was nothing like that, and there were some really nice people.

When we got the nerve up, we decided to go and get changed. I took a swim suit and Guy had swimming trunks. We went to the pool, and all the men were swimming with nothing on so Guy just kinda took his trunks off aswell. I soon lost any worries about my body (even with a few extra pounds, noone seems to care - everyone is so relaxed) so I took my swim suit top off - we had a kiss and cuddle etc and really started to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We walked around to the little 'dungeon' area where there was a demonstration on bondage etc. We are not into pain, and was just going to skip this area but the people down there were really nice and were just showing off their tools and whips etc and it would have been rude not to listen. Again, they were very friendly and relaxed - and were just demonstrating what they do, and why etc so we stayed for a little chat with them then made our way upstairs to the rooms.

People had started by then to enjoy theirselves - we went into the Orgy Room expecting to be terrified, but it was so nice and normal, and everyone looked to be having a really nice time with their partners etc we decided to have a kiss and a play with each other. We met a really nice couple in there too - to say this was our first time, we seemed to really get to know how it all worked. My man asked if it was ok if I played with his wife! I was so shocked to hear the words come out of his mouth! Her man said it was fine, and before I knew it we were kissing and cuddling etc and it was fantastic!

We had another walk around, topped up our drinks in the bar - had a look at other people in the rooms with the little windows, back to the orgy room and bumped into our new friends again, had another play with them People were on the bed having sex with people that probably weren't there own partners, but that just made the whole situation hotter. It was very quiet, and there wasn't a lot of talking going on.

After another dip in the pool, and a warm up in the sauna we went upstairs to one of the couples rooms with a nice big bed - there was another couple in there that kept themselves to themselves, and then our new friends were there again so had yet another play with them! By this time it was 2am and the night had absolutely flown by. They had to dash off to get back for their babysitter, so we decided to have one last dip in the pool and go.

My fella nipped to the loo, I went to the pool to wait and there was a gorgeous girl in there on her own absolutely naked, my fella had the biggest grin ever when he got back We never did get her name, but she was definately the climax to the evening! Was gutted when we had to leave her as we had our taxi booked for 3am.

In all we were there for 7 hours - it felt like 15 minutes! We haven't been able to think of anything since, work has been torture - I have wanted to tell the world why I have this amazing smile on my face, and just how fantastic the Bank Holiday weekend was!

Thank you to everyone we met at Partners on Sunday - to the nice couple in the changing rooms who passed on a local taxi man's number (our taxi charged us £36!), to Clive for putting us at ease, showing us around etc, to our new friends from Burnley (you know who you are!), and to the lovely girl in the pool at the end of the night

The club has some good different ideas and rooms for fun. It was so hot everywhere, the couples room was sweltering. Saturday should be single men free, with couples only. We got a bit tired of the flock of letchers following us around, but not a bad night when we met other couples away from the single men.

Have been 3 times since we were introduced to Partners in April. After going with another cpl our 1st time we ejoyed it that much we went back for the next 2 weeks on our own. Sadly ilness prevented any more visits but now recovered and cant wait to get back there . The pools are superb and a gr8 place to meet ppl ,the staff are extremely friendly and helpful,and the single guys we found are very respectful of our wishes.
All in all a superb nights fun can be had for a very small price ...but 1 suggestion plz Clive ?
Small fans in the private rooms would be an excellent idea as they do tend to get really hot when playing.
Anyone thinking of trying a club for the 1st time would be hard pressed to find a more friendly and clean establishment.

We whent to the club for our first time on a friday night, It was a Little quiet , which was great for us, we could not have asked for a better night to be honest, everyone was friendly, the entrance is a little negative and has no resemblance on what you get when you get in there. There was quiet a few single guys but they seemed respectful enough. Anyway, after changing we had a good walk round, plenty of rooms with a difference, which was great. We then met a really nice cpl and had some awsome fun, quick drink and then on to the cpls room, we met 2 cpls there and wow, what a night. A cpl drinks and then MORE FUN!!!!! well........we really really enjoyed it, dont read the negetive comments on here. Its all to do with meeting the right people for you on the night. The club for me is great. If i have some feedback for improvement.....it was very very very hot in the rooms, not sure whos fault that was though ha ha ha see you again clive !!!!!!!!!!!11

Went on Friday 6 July - very, very quiet. Music too loud, and the combination of music and TV noise in the bar area is very offputting. Very little going on, except for action sparked by Michelle - "brill"! But friendly people and comfortable surroundings.

I went to a bi night but there weren't many people in and not much happening until late on. It was very hot in the lounge and the jacuzzi. I couldn't tell which of the other guys were bi. It would be good to have a room designated as bi guys only, as they have in Liaisons.

Overall the club is clean and with much improved facilities since my last visit although the locker room is still rather cramped.

However, since the price has gone down for single males on bi nights, I will definitely be back.

we have been to partners on a number of occasions (thur`s, fri`s and sat`s). the staff are always friendly and helpful and the place is always clean (at least at first, wish people would use the bins!!)
we was there on sat 26/05/07 and it was party night (happy birthday jazzy jeff) top night and loads of people there.
we would recommend the club to all be it your first time to a club or regular club goers.

We went to Partners on Thursday 10th May and it was our first time ever. We found that the club was quite quiet but we still had a great night. We met some lovely cpls and had a bit of fun with one cpl in a private room. The wet area of the club is fantastic and definitely my fave bit. We are going back 2moro night hopefully for a bit more fun... we are going to try the cpls room this time....hope to see more of u there

Just come back from yet another excellent Thursday night at partners. Got to say the glass floor is amazing and the maze, wot can i say, fantastic! read the bad reviews and just have to say to all if you having doubts about going don't let the bad reviews put you off, you won't regret the visit!!! Still only new to swinging but have tried varied clubs around and i have to say Partners is the best we've been to yet! staff always friendly, people always friendly and place is always clean!!! Thank you for another brill night and we will be back very soon!!!!

We loved the club before all the work was done, and it is just amazing now that is complete and can only encourage anyone who went before the work and new rules were complete to give it another try you will not be disappointed now. And I can confirm that the staff do listen and take note of any problems you may have and do act if nessaceray now what other club woul;d do that. See you again soon Clive probably we will be first in again Thursday or Sunday.

My first ever experience in any swingers club was at partners on weds 28th of march, it was very quiet although it was midnight when i arrived, i was very nervous but i must say i was made very welcome and myself and friend had lots of fun in pool, jacuzzi and couples rooms. very clean and well maintained, would recommend to any first timers and will be going again soon, thanx all for a great night x munch 23 fem lancashire x

Thursday 15th March Had a great night with lover and a couple of friends who were new to the club (they loved it). Everyone had a great night in much improved surroundings. The maze is much improved as is the dungeon area. Can't wait to go again and just hope the two girls are back playing naked pool, what a couple of stunners they were.

Went last night, (Saturday) and WOW what a change! The club is so much cleaner, the new rooms excellent, and the maze has lost its tacky image. Club well attended, and although there were a couple of asian guys who were a but too pushy, everyone else was brilliant. Went in pool for a while, then tried the couples room and had great fun with 2 other couples. Highlight of the night was watching a lady in raunchy leather outfit being serviced by about 6 guys in the swing. both hub and I watched her take all comers (lol literally, one guy shot a huge load over her) and others took turns to fuck her in the swing whilst she sucked several cocks as well. Whoever she was, thanks, you really made the night for hubby and I watching it through the glass floor was so erotic!! My god, she was insatiable. Just a bit of a quiet night 17th March (paddys night and mothers day.) Plodded along for a few hours after giving up at Liaisons earlier that night. 150% better.Plenty in and a nice mix but atmosphere was a bit thin.

Pool and jacuzzi very clean. Lighting and decor noticably upgraded with some good new features. Party nights will be good.

Fair play to Clive the effort is there to see and 10/10 for his efforts. Single guys still tend to follow you everywhere which is a bit of a pain, but no issues with unwanted groping.

I went on Saturday 10 March with Sue ( a first-timer) - my first time there since before Christmas. I was very impressed with the new areas on the back stairs, which is no longer the dark and ricketty deathtrap it once was. These areas were very heavily used. Also, the formerly pitch-black maze area is now slightly illuminated, and again seems to be used by a lot more people.
it was very busy - there were lots of couples, some quite young. The single men seemed less predatory than usual, though one or two had to be warned off - just because a lady is sitting in the jacuzzi doesn't mean that she wants to be groped!
However, we arrived at 9 and stayed until 3.30 - and had a GREAT time. Partners has really improved massively since my last visit.

Wow Steve n Mandy here Sat night10th. Our first visit to partners and what a night it was. Brief trip around the place very nice cosy atmosphere then straight into the couples room, within 5 mins mandy was between a womans legs lol. Out of there met up with another couple and went into private room.
