Went to pleasures last friday 20th, nice club but have but one thing we were not happy about ,met three guy's and not one of them had any condoms .have you got any one asked me......no. look guy's think safe sex

Sheila and I took our friends on 31may and had a great time. It was our first time to anything like this so we were very nervous. The hosts and regulars put us at ease straight away - if you are new, this is the place to go. We will be back soon :)

We went to Pleasures last saturday night which was a couples/single females night. Having found the venue we were directed to a large car park area at the rear of the premises. We had met up with a couple from SH before arriving at the club and the four of us received a genuine warm welcome from the staff. We quickly paid our dues (a very reasonable £30 for us both) and went onto to a guided tour of the place from Amanda. As we went round all of us were pleasently surprised by the lay out, the standard of cleanliness and the thought that had gone into making this club - it was very impressive. After the tour we were shown the bar, friendly staff sorted out our drinks and labelled them and it was then down to us. Some good music was being played in the background which was nice. The other important thing we noticed straight away was that everyone there seemed very friendly and only to willing to chat. We did not witness any clicky groups which are prominant at other parties we have attended. It did seem as though everyone there would be willing to talk to us! after a bit of barbeque we did our own tour and started to appreciate the thought that had gone into this place - we really did feel at home and relaxed - which I'm sure is the objective the owners are looking to achieve. There were two sizable hot tubs, a sauna plenty of clean discreet playrooms, a dungeon and a swing (well recommended!)After quite a few good laughs with some other couples, a nice dip in the hot tub and finishing with a very sexy play with another lovely couple (thanks Mike and Kate!) we headed of home. We both agreed it was about the most enjoyable night we had had at a swingers club. This wasn't down to just one aspect but a whole number of things that this place has got just right. We would not hesitate to recommend Pleasures and can't wait for a return visit!
Just one thing the owners may wish to consider. The music has critisized in the past. Last saturday was not over busy so the background music was good for us. If it gets busier then you might consider have a 'party' hour where you bring the volume up and encourage people to get on the dance floor for a boogy - sorry if you do this already.
All in all a very nice experience, we had some great laughs and some very sexy fun - that's what it's all about.

Had a great first time at Pleasures in May 08. Maggie, Steve and the staff were very welcoming and gave us a guided tour of the club. Very friendly, good atmosphere, clean throughout. Particularly liked the love swing! Would definitely visit again...highly recommended!

I would agree about the music and the atmosphere,
hopefully the owners will take heed of your comments janmark. I think this place is as fun as u make it, and i don't visit too often because of the click, the hosts are lovely, house is great, this place has the it factor, and i hope they do something about it, then it might attract us more xxxxxxxxx

We have just got home from a night at pleasures and we are sorry to say that we will not be going back agian. We have been to lots of clubs over the years and this has to be the worst by far.

We will give it a little praise as it was clean etc but why don't the people who run the club realise that you need an atmosphere, one that makes you want to have fun and enjoy yourself and others. There was hardly any people there and those that were seem to all know each other and did not want to talk to anyone else. Maybe they should think about turning up the music and get a bit of a vibe going. There is a dancing pole but who is going to use it when you can't hear the music.

Sorry to sond like we are on a downer but there are lots better places around.

We have been on 2 occasions to this venue now. Both times on a Saturday night which is couples only. The place is great, clean and comfy! We found everyone there very welcoming and friendly! On both occasions have had fun with couples in the downstairs rooms, which are clean and heated (but also have a fan if the action gets too hot!! lol!) . Also on offer are some great hot tubs and a sauna. Had our 1st experience here with 2 other couples at the same time (highly rated!!) Music in downstairs rooms could be a bit more up to date (Dolly Parton not the best for getting you in the mood!!) Dungeon is fab, Sex Swing even more so when you get the hang of it (excuse the pun!) hosts go out of their way to ensure the place runs smoothly and everyone enjoys themselves. This is def the place to go for new peeps to the club scene. We are looking forward to going many more times in the future.

we love this club, our fourth time last weekend Easter bunny night and as allways had a great time, Maggie & Steve make you feel very welcome.
We had some fun in the new dungeon and the sauna.
A nice friendly atmosphere, we'll see you there!!

Had our first Newbie experience here on Saturday 24th March.
Great venue, clean, welcoming, relaxed and full of incredibly sexy couples.
This is a completely no pressure environment. Maggie and Steve and wonderful hosts, and the facilities are superb. Go with confidence and enjoy the evening, whatever your experience or tastes.
We will be cumming again!

Well we must disagree with the previous posting. We went in Feb and having been to a few clubs & parties we can honestly say we felt it was a good venue and very welcoming hosts.

The club is as described in the website and yes some underground rooms.. great

Of course with all clubs swinging or otherwise there are groups who know each other, and people being people will tend to talk to each other, if you are new you have to make the effort...that is if you want to.

We most definitely will go back.

Have to agree with last review. Very "clicky" all the regulars seem to be lifelong friends, odd for a swingers venue I would have thought? Anyone not "in" is basically ignored. Basically, newcomers get to talk to, or play with other newcomers only. Beautiful venue physically, but most uncomfortable otherwise.

This was the first club we had ever been too,, and we can honestly say it will probably be the last! The other guests were very clicky, and we witnessed a couple (drunk) being very abusive to some guy, just for looking at them!!!!! So sorry Maggy & steve, we hated your club... N.B The actual establishement was spot on, very clean and cosy.

Went to Pleasures on 6th January. Our first time to any club/party but were made to feel very relaxed from the moment we arrived.

The facilities are great and everybody is aware of the "rules" so there was no awkwardness not knowing what you could or could not do.

The various rooms were all clean and provided every option you could think of. We met a lovely couple D & B and had first same room full swap - very enjoyable - thank you both.

Thoroughly recommend the swing. Takes a bit of getting used to well worth the effort. Thank you P for making the swing an extremely pleasurable experience.

Not many people stayed very late on this occasion but we had fun in the early hours of morning in one of the big rooms (again thank you P!)

Steve stayed up and made sure that we had everything that we needed and we are very grateful to everyone for ensuring that our first taste of Pleasures most certainly wont be our last.

We went on New Years Eve for the first time. The facilites are first class everything any swinger could wish for. A great mix of couples (was a couples only night) all very friendly and most are genuine players.

We will be going back soom and will recommend it to friends.

Went to Xmas party on the 16 th december...this is the 4th club that we have visited this year and rate it as one of our favourites.
Great atmosphere lovely seductive lighting..something to please everybody ..and don't worry about the distance..we live an hour and a half away... as you can take a quilt and crash out where you wish....you will also get a parting cup of tea in the morning...We have booked in for the New years eve party on the 31st ...reccomend ...give it a go.

Negative..the music could be a little more to the liking of the majority ...but that can easily be rectified.

We went to pleasures at the end of September, on an evening when there were around 40 other couples and 10 single males. The atmosphere was very relaxed and laid back- there was good music and on arrival we were given a guided tour.

Facilities were impressive, the main house is home to the socialising areas where you will find a bar selling soft drinks and a fridge to keep your own drinks chilled. Smokers have the use of a large gazebo attached to the house.

At the end of the impressive garden there is a "tardis"- it looks like a shed (with another heated marquee attached which houses two hot tubs) but continues underground into an area divided into 7 different playrooms. These were clean and all equipped with heaters and fans.

The downstairs rooms included a swing room, a hospital room and two completely private lockable rooms. The remaining rooms all had space for several bodies, and all had varying degrees of "watchability" The general rule is leave the door open as an invitation to watch/ join in.

Back in the house the upstairs consists of two large rooms where the big beds were ideal showing off areas, and these were a mass of naked people by the end of the evening. There is also a small curtained alcove off one of the rooms (careful not to dissapear over the back of the bean bag!) which we retired to behind another two couples and it wasnt long before hands (especially ladies hands!) began to wander!

It was our first time in a group environment, and if group scenarios do it for you- then Pleasures comes recommended. The hosts were lovely and the environment was welcoming and pressure free.

We went on Saturday 24th June 2006.
We were greeted by Steve(With a hammer!)and shown where to park.Steve made us feel very welcome as we were shown into the house and greeted by Maggie who showed us around the house.
They are truly wonderful people and make you feel very welcome and relaxed.
After a drink at the bar we went into the garden room where we met a wonderful couple (Hi Yvonne & Mark, hope to see you again soon!) who we spent most of the evening with!
After a nice relaxing time in the hot tub we found a room and had our 1st full swap experience!
After a while we returned to the hot tub and eventually ended up upstairs participating in an orgy!!
We had a truly wonderful time and WILL DEFINATELY go back for more!If we didn't live so far away we would be there every week!We would recommend Pleasures to anyone, if you are new to the scene,this is THE place to go.
We cannot fault this place at all, it is THE BEST!

Fantastic place and lovely people. If you've never been to a party before this is the place to start. It's just like going to a normal house party.........but with extras! Superb location and Maggie and Steve truly make you feel welcome.

What a place! We have been talking about trying swinging for years but never had the balls to take it any further until the subject cropped back up a few months ago.
We decided to do some research into local clubs and the only one to stand out was Pleasures.
It took a few weeks to get the nerves to make a phone call and after talking to Steve for a few minutes we decided to try it out.
All day Saturday I for one was a complete bag of nerves, not knowing what to expect. We turned up at the door and was greeted by Steve and Maggie.
From that very moment we felt so much at ease. We were given a tour of the house and were introduces to the staff who were strangely enough normal people (which I found hard to get my head around).
We got a drink and sat with a great couple J & R and ended up spending the whole evening with them. What an experience!!!
The Review
Steve, Maggie and all the staff, fantastic.
House cleanliness and facilities, fantastic.
The time we both had on Saturday night. Fantastic.
It doesn’t get mush better than that.
Advice
Go, lose your hang-ups, and relax, you don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to.
Its not full of perverts, just normal people who like to take things to a different level, that’s the reason you want to go anyway.
Try it. Its fun and if you don’t hook up with anyone you can still have fun on your own!
And finally a big thanks to J&R for making our first time such a surreal and fun experience!

Wow,what a great place,new to the scene,has a laid back atmosphere,easy to drink too much have a laugh and a chat with some execellent company.Had some fun with a lovely sexy couple. My girlfriend her first bi-experience,what a horny sight!.Clean friendly club will be going back soon.

We went 18th feb and it was cool place, hosts were great, there was nothing to fault,Plenty of action with some nice people,but how the hell

our first visit to pleasurs 11th feb gansters and molls night , almost everyone made the effort to go in fancy dress , maggie and steve , and the guys behind the bar made us feel very welcome a lovely warm house very clean, good food, and good mix of cples , all went toward a real quality night we will be going back sooner rather than later , we want to say thanks to the very horny cple we met ( you know who you are ) we had a great time guys thanks hope we bump in to you again ( also carol what can i say your a star ) thanks

The Managment Steve and Maggie , are great they made Trish and I feel ver welocome. Although we did not swing with any othrer couples we had offers , nice to see were treated with respect and the folks in the night the Theme Gangsters and Dolls hall were ploite and had a GOOOOOOD time. The only disappointment we sahred was the taking on and off our clothes to move around the many sexy rooms thy have. we found out the later the better the less shy we all became. Some sexy peeple as wll as staff and you can sleep over , we reccomend asking for the fishfinger sandwhiches .
if anyone decides to go then Go you will have a great time , xxx cant wait until we get back , the fun starts anytime you like and be polit thats the key thanks for a good eveing ps

kev and i have been 4 times now we feel really relaxed there is no preasure to do anything everyone is very frendly steve and maggie are very good hosts. we have only just got into the swinging and we found that this is the best place to go no one will bother you its very relaxed but if you want some fun its all there the play rooms are great fun even if you only want to wacth its areal turn on we never want to go home so all you first time swingers give it a try you want regret it.

We've been to Pleasures a few times now and I would highly recommend it to anyone especially first timers. There is a bar downstairs where they look after your drink (you have to take your own) and a buffet that is topped up all night. It is a just the same as a pub/bar atmosphere.
There are three lockable rooms, one of which has a glass panel for the voyeurs,a large play room upstairs, hot tub that is always working and in the garden is a bunker with another play area, a room with a swing and room with a hospital bed with equipment...doctors and nurses anyone? lol
The surroundings are gorgeous and Steve and Maggie cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Infact last time we were there someone mentioned thaty felt cold and hey presto Steve went and got portable heaters!
It's easy to establish what people are there for during conversation, feels very natural. There is NO PRESSURE to do anything. There have always been at least 25 couples there and they are all a great bunch of people, totally non-judgemental and very open and relaxed. Music plays all night and they do regular themed evenings.
The only negative (if you can call it that)is that condoms are not provided, but at least when you buy them yourself you know they are kosher!lol
It is a brilliant place.The people are normal not models so don't fret about being too fat, ugly etc! Just keeps getting better each time.

Went Saturday 19th November, had a great time. About 30 couples, all ages, jacuzzi and play rooms in out house across the garden, 3 play rooms, dance floor and bar in the main house. Very friendly atmosphere and spotlessly clean, definitely recommended, everyone we talked to will be going back - ourselves included.
