Perfect's Shrep Profile

Shrep means Swinging Heaven, or SH, reputation system. It is in three parts consisting of a Site Rep, a Meet Rep, and a Vouch system. Our members wanted an honest way to find out about the reputations of other members who use the site whom they might not know personally.
