Reconnecting

Why do I keep getting reconnected when in the chat rooms. It happen on my iPhone but also on my windows laptop. Really really annoying. Is anyone else experiencing it?

This can happen for a wide variety of reasons, including you going from tab to tab looking at other apps etc while you're logged in. Sometimes its security settings, sometimes browser settings, sometimes its poor wi-fi signal/connectivity.
