When we enter the chatroom, others try and veiw our profile and they claim they cannot.
And also only the letter N appears on the screen we have been around and around the site looking for what we are doing wrong but seem unable to find out WHY?

Its most likely because you have & in your username, if you put in a support ticket Admin should be able to sort something out with you.
