tiscali newsbeat

yippeeee..i think i have got tiscali sorted ...had real bad probs with using tiscali during peak hrs...daily phone calls and emails , b.t engineers been here as well ,eventually got fed up lol, told them i had emailed watchdog about the poor service, swore blind i was not on a fair use policy then tonite i rang them again...they said i am on a ipstream and 100's of customers wanting to use downloading sites,online gaming and such have been restricted during peak hrs , i asked to be removed and you give them a list of sites that you want to use and they will unblock them for you ..they took me thru a list of steps on my p.c to ping s-h chatroom and yep it worked ..they say its activated within 96 hrs but mine came straight up in to the chatroom...dunno if it will work tomoz tho...will update forum...hope this mite help others with tiscali problems ..its worth a try xxxxx fire
