Post subject: Update to Munch Guidelines

We have made some changes to the Munch Guidelines.
The changes made should make it clearer for everybody concerened what is expected with regards to behaviour.
We have also updated the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms & Conditions to make the site rules clearer.

Can you give us a guideline concerning socials too.. i read somewhere(sorry dont know where) that they should be run as near Munch style rules.
The particular piece im interested in is allowing non-members to attend. Yes or no? Thanks.

About this bit:
'No banned members are allowed to be invited to a munch or any kind of social event that has been advertised on this site or promoted to the site members.'
Does that mean that any of the social/s currently advertised, will be removed? There's at least one that has a banned member on the list. Does it also apply to private parties advertised on here?

I do have a banned member on my list but was on the understanding that it was ok for a social as long as you stated it to everyone. can you please clarify this as I would need to make changes. Thanks.
In Edit: Its also a bit bad if I tell them they cannot come now as they have booked a hotel and made plans.
Maybe these rules should be for events listed from today rather than ones already planned. Just an idea.

Hi Louise, I don't know if this is any help but I just read this in the AUP.

I'm saying that the rules on socials haven't changed, its outlined in
http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/swingers-forum/viewtopic/65788.html

We currently have rules governing how Munches are run and organised on here. Where people wish to organise a social event, we allow you to do your own thing, which is correct. Why should we dictate how you want to enjoy yourselves? However, due to recent circumstances, we have decided that certain conditions will apply to social events and parties publicised through Swinging Heaven. These are as follows:
1. The event is the responsibility of the organiser and a list of attendees is to be made available if requested.
2. If you know that banned people are attending you should state that this is the case as soon as known in the opening post.
Swinging Heaven is run for the good and benefit of its members, not anyone else. Wherever possible we endeavour to ensure that when you go to either a Munch or a Social, you can go knowing you will feel safe in the company of those attending.
