How The .... To Get A Meet In Chat ?

Having problems again............the lag is a bit pissing off......no reply's to this post from the usual we will stick up for the ops, admin and jobbie......answers needed because we are trying to get a meet on chat and the whole point of this is to meet i.e swingers....and if we get a load of flannel we will not be happy..........The Mishes

Update.... still getting grey screen while trying to join chat when we get in we are still getting lag while in chat.....can admim be honest and just say sorry we have a problem which we are trying to sort out........sorry to be a moaner but we just rejoined at a very significant amount of money so i think we have a right to say what we think and a apology would not go a miss !

Your best bet would be putting a support ticket, if there's a specific problem we can then try to sort it out.

So you get a grey screen when you try to get in, but you do get in, otherwise you wouldn't mention the lag after, so some more information would be useful as this could be a lot of things and most likely your end rather than ours, we would need to go through your settings with you though.

We have had a couple of reports of lag, 4 to be exact, again we would need to go through these with you as well, which server it happened in, how many were in the room, which room, time of day etc and your set up.

Were not being dishonest, there were big issues the other night when chat 3 went down and although its still down the other 3 servers seem to be coping ok, if there was a major problem with chat there would be a lot more posts in here and a lot more tickets coming in.

Just a quickie, we can get into chat no problem if we use the extra's entrance but still get lag don't know if this is of any help but thought we would let you know.
