Progam Not Working

hi i was in the black4whitefem room on server 3 nothing unusual there you may say when suddenly i was froze out [not kicked]in ther bottom left hand corner was a message saying programme discontiued.i turned off my pc and restarted and even though i could get in other rooms as soon as i tried to go into b4w the same thing happened any ideas
