Post subject: Chatroom help!

Hi folks, just got a shiny new laptop and for some reason the chatroom loads normally but the only text I see is the usernames on the side and the textbar at the bottom.

Am I missing something? Do I need to download something like Java?

Please PM asap as its driving me nuts!
