Firefox And Chatroom Problem

ok i have now got fed up with opening ie just to go in to chatrooms so want to get firefox working properly.

i have latest flash and java but when i try to get into chatrooms it starts and have a glazed over frames with no people init then it disconnects me at the bottom i get this:

You have been disconnected, the error has been logged to our technical team to investigate.


any ideas please thanks
