i can log in too the homepage i then click on chatroom at the top which takes me too next screen where it says enter chat i click this and nothing happens never had this problem before and i use chat most days .........................any ideas??????????? tried all on the help section

As I said in another thread, I had the same problem with internet Explorer but it seems to work ok with firefox.

Nothing's grey for me... coz the charoom box doesn't even open.

It's a different web browser to Internet explorer, you can download it for free, just google something like free firefox download.

Odd, we will need to take a look at it, what version of IE are you using?
Would you try http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/chatroom/chatroom.html
and let me know what happens.

That link works in IE steve, but when I go to the link page, I click the box and nothing happens but it works in firefox.

Could be something wrong with the way that the link is, although it works ok in IE7 for me, if you click on the Help option in IE, then about Internet Explorer it should tell you which version you have, if you could let us know we whould be able to reproduce the issue and sort it out

It's doing it again, the only way I can get into chat on IE is by coming in here and clicking on Steve's link.

We did add a link under the main chatroom link saying;
Chatroom won't open? Click here to open it in the same window.
Is that one showing for you? because if it isn't then there's something weird going on with the page being served up.

Ok... everytime i wanna go in chat i have to use the other link you made to do so... BUT then... when i try and look at a profile when using that link, the profile comes up over the chatroom in the same window... and then i have to close the whole thing and wait 5 mins to get bk in again!!!!!!!!

Right click on the profile and use the 'open in a new window' option.

The right click thing will work on the link to enter chat, but once your in the chatroom you won't get this option, also when I'm in chat and I select a profile followed by View Profile, it always opens in a new window.
