Cannot Access Chat

Anybody else having difficulty getting into the rooms. We log in and the room remains blank with nothing showing whatsoever. We think this has finally made up our minds not to renew our current membership when it expires. Would be nice if this site could manage to run smoothly for just one day but alas when this happens methinks it will be zimmer frame time. Would be nice to get the service we pay for once in a while!
