Post subject: Disconnect after viewing profiles

Hi, not sure if this is reported elsewhere, and apologies if it is, but if I view a profile (which opens in a separate window), and the return to whichever chatroom I'm in, I get disconnected with the five min wait message... Using Firefox and tiscali ISP. Problem has arisen in last week or so.
