Help With Webcam And Disconnection

i wonder if anyone can help with a problem i now seem to be having with my cam which only seems to occur on here. Its a cam i've used with no prob for months but now it seems whenever i put it on in a room i am disconnected within minutes or sometimes even seconds. And yet yesterday i used it with no problem at all for hours in the evening.
This problem is now driving me nuts, so pls anyone with any clues how i might rectify this

but when i cam on other site my cam will play up too so i use msn for my cam and its ok on there

Try getting the latest drivers for your cam as sometimes XP SP3 can play funny buggers at times.
That's if it is XP you are using if not then get the latest drivers for your specific operating system.

Try checking to see if you have the latest version of adobe flash too.
