Post subject: Our chatroom profile shows an old username/profile?????

The title probably doesn't make sense but what happens is that when we log in to the chatroom our profile/name links to one we haven't used for months.
I can't delete this old profile so we often have people asking why we say we live in 'x' when the profile says something else.
Have any other members had the same problem?
