is this allowed when his profile says single male,
when they do it every 3/4 mins it a pain.....

Answer we aint got around to changing it! fair doo's but no mention of her anywhere on your profile does she really exist

advertising for "non members" is not permitted. If a person with a single profile wishes to advertise for their other half, then they should upgrade to a couple account.

along the same lines of getting a warning for having non profile members pics on profile, when there's thousands of them on the site

and also 2 people on a pic on a single persons account ... but surely if there are no distinguishing marks and the identity cannot be determind then this 'should' be alowed ... but i could be provd wrong

there are many if, buts and maybe's around pictures, so unless you are talking about a specific picture it's very difficult to say if it is allowable or not. Pictures are not allowed for many different reasons which often members don't realise, such as two people in the pic on a single persons account is allowed if neither are recognisable, however if the member is only slightly in the pic (like half an inch of penis showing and that's all!) and the remainder of the pic is not the said member, then it wouldn't be allowed even though both of them cannot be recognised.

that being said, if pictures of persons, even a tiny bit, are not allowed, how come there is thousands of pics on profiles of threesomes or more, pics of couples on singles profiles, pics when it is obvious it's not both the account holders on them, like 2 girls on a couples profile or different man in each pic. and not all old ones, some have recently been approved. surely that brings into question how stringent the ops are on checking them, and how some get allowed and some don't.

I tried uploading a pic a while back of me sucking deks cock i was fully reconisable and only his cock was in the pic, it was never allowed So alot of it i think comes down to each mod - each will have slightly different mindsets when allowing pictures.

all very broad ranging queries and I'm sure you can think of many more - I know I can, however each picture is looked at and a view taken on whether it is passed or not. Of course there is a difference between what one Mod will allow and what another may not, that's human nature as we all have different perspectives. The only way to stop a difference of opinion is to make a thousand different rules for the pictures and follow each rule stringently to take out the human element. No-one really wants that sort of 'nanny state' type of rules, who would read them anyway?

As has been said earlier, if you see a picture you believe is against the site rules please report it. We do make mistakes cos we're only human, like you.

I mentioned earlier, "If you have any other queries about pics, please feel free to PM me." It really isn't helpful saying 'I had such and such picture removed because of blah, blah, blah' - we can't see the pic anymore so we can't say precisely why it wasn't allowed!!

Sorry to snip this bit but, if as members we all have to work within the AUP why are mods allowed to do different things from another mod?

The rules should be the same for anyone and if there are certain pictures that are obviously not allowed, then why do some mods turn a blind eye?

I also think some of the rules on here are a bit " nanny state " to be honest, especially as we are all supposed to be adults.

Pictures of other people should either be allowed or not, as if there are no set guidelines then surely to leave it up to a mods own discrettions will only lead to members who have had their pics refused angry and confused themselves?
