Portsmouth Dogging - Am I Doing Something Wrong?

Hey guys, am I doing somethign wrong? was out last night but failed to see anything, what am i doing wrong what should I be looing for etc? Didnt look like anyone was out at the two places i went to. A few people from chat said they would be out but didnt see them so was i in the wrong place or what?
