flower, mods arent online 24/7 and arent robots, they make their own individual decisions - some mods lock or move threads straight away as they see fit, others would leave the same thread to run its course where it is. this i discovered recently when a thread of mine was locked by one mod and i was told by another that they wouldnt have locked it, all threads are open to interpretation
in the grand scheme of things i dont think its overly important where a thread is if people are happy to post on it and the original poster gets the desired outcome, do you? i do see your point about rules of posting being clear tho, maybe pm a mod and get a more informed answer to your confusions? thats what i did

Neither did I suggest that they should .
And no it matters very little to me where a thread is posted but it seems to matter a lot to people when it suits them .
I asked in here because both a chatroom opp and a forum moderator had answered this thread , VERY HELPFULLY, before someone jumps down my throat !! and I am genuinly confused by the fact that I was told previously by a mod that things had to be in their place .
Thanks for clearing things up for me . I am now fully aware that the things being put in their place is just a matter of opinion and it simply depends who happens to be about .
There will always be different interpretations of the rules which I think is a good thing but I have been told in the past that the rules are set in stone !!!

I guess one good resaon for leaving it here is that if it gets moved, someone else will inevitably come here and start it up again....
