three couples all agreeing to be filmed and all from a different spectrum,
the old hands, slightly scary to us newbies
the intelligent caring couple (well done u 2)
then the virgins.
Statistically this seemed a bit planned
The general outcome is we`ve never felt so "normal"

Hiya again..
Had to reply to this one. Am trying to think exactly what i want to say here. It was staged somewhat, not by us at all, but by the tv crew, only though, insofar as the couples that went away. We were all interviewed prior to going to France, prior to even getting on film, as were a lot of other couples. As with any tv show, there had to be a theme. We were all chosenfor the documentary for whatever reasons, none of which became apparent until we actually arrived in France. We knew nothing about any of the other couples, hadnt seen photographs, or anything. We were only told that there would be 3 couples going. We didnt stage anything at all, none of us, around 40 hours of filming was done which was then condensed down to 49 minutes or so, taking out the commercial breaks.
It could have been a total disaster, im still not 100% sure on Tim & Michelle's final view of the holiday, but we enjoyed ourselves, we made some great friends. Ok, we wouldnt go back there, but you know our reasons for that, you've only got to look at the rule book! lol There are a few things we might have done differently, but its very easy to say that in hindsight, wouldnt you agree?
For all of you that are curious, we didnt wait until the last day before we got it together, we were actually swapping by wednesday night, but we said it was Gill & Craig's call, with them being the newbies, as to whether they wanted to tell the cameras the next morning. They chose not to, and we respected that, right up until the last day, when we DID tell the cameras, but they couldnt really add that bit, because it would have made them look bad.
We do hope that people got the right impression of what swinging is about, it's fun, its a laugh, its a way of making great friends, and ultimately, its recreational sex with likeminded people
Best Wishes
