Ha Ha love it. The only way I could attend "one of those nights" would be if I entered "The Land of Make believe" for a "piece of the action" though I'd probably be late and have to "run for your life" to get on the boat. May Saturday be a "golden day" weatherwise.
Okay before anyone says it I had to look up most of those titles I'm not sad enough to know all of bucks Fizz's songs (just all of chas n daves
)

You missed me - I arrived about 2217 or so having spent more money on a taxi getting there than I did getting back from Birmingham on Wednesday
Was good to see those escaping as I arrived (must have heard I was on way
) and huge thanks to sidfoxy for the lift home and to rod as well for buying me good beer.
Nearly got a dogging session on way home as well having been dropped off in a layby but it was a private show.

hi well all i can say there was nobodies in carpark at 11.30pm but the local wild life round here are scravengers
glad to have fellow n/boaters on board you both welcome when you can get away.

Just to say thanks to Rod and Sids for organising yesterdays river trip.
It was great to see those we knew and meet those we didn't. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon/evening with some great company.

WOW!!! What a great day yesterday turned out to be.
Not the weather we were all hoping for but least the sun came out at the end to give us all a lovely sunset and personally we had such a great time with such great people the weather turned out to be not so important anyway...
Rod Thanks so much for the hospitality. both loved having are turn at steering.. And Susan is just telling everybody about becoming a lock keeper (haha she's so happy bless)

Theres not a lot we can add to what everyone else has said - it was a cracking day and we love your home Rod. The highlight for me (apart from a flashing Mrs 2gs, of course) was the barn owl hunting along the rover bank as we returned to the the marina.The low point was missing the famous Harry Jones - and yes, I did doze off on the way home. Again big thanks to Sids for the organisation and thanks for making us all so welcome Rod.

harry .. sorry we left so soon... we will buy u a beer next time 2 gether im practising miss sat navs voice for next time .. as for the lift, it was no problem yr welcome anytime least now u can say u joined the 125mph club!! ( anyone would think mr nice was in a rush to get home) lets hope another boat trip arises!! xx
