at the end of the day keresnox its a social, no guarantees on any play after social, most are coming just to put names to faces and get to know people, and if there is play after, those playing maynot want single guy, but you wont know unless you turn up and be respectful and friendly.

The good news is I'm up.

The bad news is I still have to cook and eat dinner, do a load of washing, shave shower etc and I missed a telephone call whilst I was asleep

I must learn to goto bed at nights. Have texted said number to say I was asleep and am now awake but now I'm all intrigued. see you just after nine.

Bloody locals beating me to the thank you thread

Well what can I say other than what an absolutely excellent top notch social.
First and foremost thanks to a r fun who acted as my chauffeur for the night, hugely appreciated, it meant I
got to savour the wonderful real ales available and that I got there on time Was great to have the
company there and back too. Was a real joy to handhold you, you looked so effortlessly at home after about 30 mins I was able to almost totally forget about you (but still had an occasional caring eye glancing over at you to make sure you were fine)

Secondly thank you soo much to Pubgypsies for organising a wonderful social, a great mix of people, good venue,fabulous ale and always a pleasure to see you.

As always there just wasn't enough time to speak to everyone. I got some chas n dave on the music before the cd players good taste chip kicked in and refused to play anymore, followed by some splendid 70's stuff and I even got a dance albeit it to only the last verse of the song.

Smotyn1974, was great to finally meet you both after many years of passing briefly in chatrooms and even managing to be at the same place at the same time without meeting before now. I thorougly enjoyed chatting to you both and hope to see you again very soon Thank you for the very nice things you said.

Mickuncaz, huge apologies for only getting to see you at almost the end of the night. Likewise was good to finally meet you after several years of passing in chatrooms, Mick ws so easy to chat to and Caz you looked great.

Gyspy, you have my full apologies for barely speaking to all night, glad you were able to make it out and I promise to chat to you next time we meet.

Ukcupple - thanks for the dance, I hope I managed to warm your knees up a bit and always a giggle with Mr ukcupple.

Inkman - sorry for not recognising you when you said Harry knows us. I know by the time we chatted the Old Speckled Hen had really kicked home and I was very merry, loud and excitable, I hope you survived this and anytime you are nearby and fancy a beer just give me a shout. Mrs Inkman, you looked lovely.

Charleym4 my dear friends, pleasure as always and you soo know my arm is twisted, I just need plenty of early nights and will be able to see you again soonish. I trust I introduced you to everyone you need to know.

Sam always good to see you for a chat, being the good bloke you are, and rodrabbit too.

To everyone else. We either said hello briefly or didn't even get that far, I hope we can speak more on another occasion.
I can recall saying hello to Mansons, a chap from up north, keresknoz, and this rather splendid lady whom I am unable to describe being particularly hopeless at describing people other than to say I rather fancied you. (quite possibly the lady who poured orange juice over me, but I met so many new people tonight)

i had a grt night also what a pub for puffers in a backward time warpe. i had some very nice warm hugs when sadly peeps had to go. avoided nicking harrys beer worst crime that could be committed. prehaps cos i had to stay sober. uk cupple, did make up best they could in there way. best of all more phone numbers from peeps on other site mmmmmmmmmm.
