A lovely warm scarf a friend has knitted me for my birthday. I'm really touched by it and will treasure it.
Getting praises from my supervisor because Ive twice caught a lady slipping into a diabetic coma. the 2nd time (this morning) I wasn't even supposed to be at her house. I had to see her for sumthing and if I hadn't got there, she'd probably have gone into a coma. her blood sugar (tested by the paramedic was dangerously low at 1.8) My supervisor said I'd done good. Oooh I was chuffed and felt a bit like a hero

Like i said I wasn't even supposed to be there and my supervisor realised that if I hadn't called round, it could have been a lot worse.

We went swimming
I managed 4 widths
I never had a panic attack
I never actually even felt anxious
BTW I'm terribly aquaphobic and haven't been in water for a year, and prior to that it must have been a couple of years!
I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
