Dearest Members,

Please forward this information to fellow members as it would be great to have a 30+ League.

We could do:

Champions: 1st.

Champions League: 2nd - 4th.

UEFA: 5th - 6th.

Relegation: Bottom 3 places.

This would create a lot of banter & be a laugh for
all taking part.

Also don't worry, noladreams30. You did win the very first SH Fantasy Football League.

I don't know if I can go thru the agony of blowing a big league with 4 weeks to go again...... I blame a combination of ronaldo,torres and gerrard scoring loads and my players going in the tank!!!!!

can't win the big one... just like chelsea!!!!

since ronaldo isn't going to play till october anyway it is hardly worth picking him right now......

I have slightly cheated and had a look at a lot of people, there is actually a fair amount of "value" in there.....

in my squad so far i manages to squeeze 3 arsenal players, 2 man united, 2 liverpool and 2 chelsea....

oops... giving too much away..........

Real Dansak are pushing for Europe once again ! Packed the midfield with generals, the defence with rocks and the forwards .. well i ran out of money so had to make do with a Middlesborough forward .. he did once play for Arsenal though

Bring it on, as a City fan i will try and get through the season without putting The Winker Slave in the team !!

Big Juicy Tip:

Unlike previous Seasons when you have chosen your first squad & then got penalized for modifications in improvemnts.

I have realized that NO points can be lost BEFORE the first game on August 16th.

Therefore I've changed my team around 10 times to reach the 'right blend'.

So if you're not happy with your Team then you can change it as often as you like till 11:00am on the 16th August 2008.

Hope this helps.

Question:

In previous Season's I've gone for the 'all round team'. Yet this Season am going for cheap Defense but class Midfield & Extra Extra Special Forward line.

So what type of set-up do you go for?

Another Tip:

You can have a 3 - 4 - 3 Formation

Just take away a Defender & replace him with a Forward.

okay.... i will give you one hint.... don't listen to that wunderhorse chappie... he finished near the bottom last year!!!!!

okay..... one real tip...... Value for money, remember that you only get 100 million for 15 players... so can you justify spending 11/12/14 million on just one player?
