Click on the BUS url in the start post.
Position sursor on the tag line ends and delete any text in them.
Put your text into all three lines.
Now, the way I do it (since the original pic you alter and then save will be gone in a day) is to right click on the pic and then save it to the pc (remember the folder it is saved to) then upload it to http://www.imagehosting.com/ by clicking on BROWSE and then uploading the pic to imagehosting. Position the cursor on the line ([URL...whatever]) and copy and paste it to the SH page in your reply.

Put your text into all three lines.
