I would still like to have same sex icons as a couple tho' please.
Ummm other than that I can't really see that much that has changed. It works, I can chat to people, people can chat to me. I have loads of choices of cams. I have no idea why I would want to look at so many people but I am pleased as punch that I have the choice.........
the font and other stuff that people are talking about is meaningless to me cos I can chat and people can chat to me.

Flower I'm sorry but I disagree.
If you were sat with a group of people in the pub all chatting together and one member of the group didnt chat to anyone but whispered constantly in another member of the groups ear would that not be the height of bad manners? or would it be exceptable to you?
This aside sara has already pointed out that whispering without permission is against the chatroom rules..

Stop messing up my evening by getting into puerile arguments with tossers.
Ignore them and they go away !! Start arguing with them and it just encourages them cos they got a reaction !!!
Most of them do it to wind you up ...if you don`t bite they stop ...try it

ooooooh i like that idea. Saves having to ask "who's the host" 15 times before you get a reply saying they've long gone, just when ya need them lol
The only thing that i'm getting really ticked off with now is the constant go slow/lag and then eventual crash, worse in the evenings whens its busy and getting fed up keep having to try to log out and then back in. I know its not my laptop, everything is up to date etc and a lot of others are having problems with crashing constantly and these probs have only started since the Tweaking.
Please please please can someone let us know if these probs are being addressed.

fancy that - i've been away a few days (boooo to vanilla life) and decided that tonight i'd have some chill out time in the chatroom.
After a while, guess what, the lag starts up, my text starts taking 8 seconds per letter to appear on the chat line
Seriously thinking whether i can be asked to continue my subscription
And the worse thing, i dont see admin coming back on any of the numerous threads now running with any answers about what the problem is or whether they are even working on it and lets face it, its been going on a while now.

If you were watching 5 cams then it would be a bit of a mess.
Since the new multicam layout there are two main things I think would make the chatroom easier to use and less irritating.
1 Do we really need 5 cams on show? By the time you've expanded the window in order to see all potentail cams there's nothing else to see on your computer monitor, and I've got a 24 inch screen but still find this slightly clunky.
Could we just have three instead?
2 The layout is also not very user friendly. It is quite aggravating to keep having to click on the View Rooms button, which also doesn't always work first time so you need to click it two or three times.
Wouldn't it be better to have another column next to the Chatters column, possibly headed with the server name, which displayed all the rooms currently avavilable on that server? It would also help by making it easier to see where you are in the chatrooms.

I certainly never intended to imply that anyone was thick but if all 5 cams have sound on then, with the various delays, it becomes a mess as havethe_faith posted above. If you could select the sound from just one or two cams it might be OK.
