couldn't we just make them wear some kind of badge sewn to their clothes so no-one would impregnate them?? a yellow star would be nice or even a pink one.
Yes but Social workers are supposed to protect children when they get involved.
The Baby P case was a very bad example of none of the bodies working together. From the wanker Doctor who failed to spot a broken back, to the useless Social worker who failed to spot anything wrong four days before his death.
The Social workers involved have been sacked, the useless woman whose name I cannot even bear to say, has just lost her case in the high court.
Social services were hugely to blame in that case as they have been exposed in others, and that was the fault of Harringay council as well!
We live in a society now where nobody is prepared to put their hands up to anything, and slide away hoping they can get away with it. Had it not have been for the media they would have done in this case. No hiding place now for incompetent councils and the Social workers that work for them.
Yes bad parents kill but sometimes the system fails that child even when it should not.
If this proposal stops the death of one child, then to me it will be worth it.

but staggs,some children need a good beating , dont you understand "those"children are the bad ones.
