You obviously without doubt know nothing about printers or the trade itself.

Designers write the stuff...different field entirely my friend.

Printers just print what is supposed to be the finished article.

That is like saying it is the painters fault, for the window he is painting is crooked.loon.gif

You know a designer who can write, and spell?

Some people would think councils never waste money.

If this cost 190 grand and the council paid that much for this, then criminal charges should be brought against them by the council tax payer.

I have heard some rubbish in my time, but this is right up there near the top.

WE will all wait with bated breath for you to explain which criminal charges should be brought. Maybe you should google it.

It is in my eyes criminal Kenty, when so many of us work so hard to give away our taxes to the Government and then struggle financially because of this. Then we see frivolous things like this being done with our money.
it cuts to the core. Maybe if you have plenty of money then it does not matter, but when one struggles to make ends meet this kind of thing is frankly sickening!

Here's a joke:

That would certainly be a good starting point GNV.

The trouble is how can you take this matter to a court of law? How does the little man paying his council tax even start to take on his local council?

This is a criminal waste of taxpayers money...........not their money, but the taxpayers money.

I would love to meet the idiot who signed the paperwork for this project, to tell him what a complete and utter mad man/woman he or she is.........plus a couple of other things too.

They can seem to waste money on projects with no redress from anyone, that is what is criminal here. I bet when they decided to go ahead with this project, it was done in councils plush offices, in lovely leather chairs and then when it was all agreed, they then stuck their overtime sheets in too, at double time. icon_twisted.gif

It was annexed to a larger contract by all accounts...

If species that live in delevoping areas need some input by man to keep their habitats and hunting grounds available then I am all for it.

Whether a tunnel would have done the same job as this frame I have no idea. I don't know a thing about dormice.........except they are endangered in my house if they come in.

If this was the only way of achieving the desired result then so be it.

Is it criminal? Definately not. Is it morally wrong? About the same wrongness if they let the species die out.
