SH price increase!!!

Thats the same reason everyone is stuck with me for the duration too tweeky

I much prefer the SH community (good bad or dull) to the other sites I have been on over the years.

It does seem a bit harsh to pay for extras and then be told it runs out 2 days later because your account needs to be renewed. I thought the extras upgrade was supposed to be for a year?

Have you sent a support ticket? Maybe it was an oversight? I'm not saying that they will refund you but it's worth a try. You may be surprised at just how helpful they can be. Don't ask you don't get hey!!

guys u seem to complain about everything... i happen to be in the same '' regular room '' u r in, and the only thing i recall from u is complaining about the room, the members, socials and the hall entire site...

if that makes u feel better u r NOT the only one who has to wait sometimes 10 min to get into the '' regular room '' one time i counted and only after trying to get in the room 48 x i got in .. and yes it was a bit frustrating!

just keep knocking on the door and somebody will let u in ...

to pay for extras a couple of days before renewal due seems to me silly, maybe u should of put a post in the forum making general enquiery how things works on here.. we have many helpfull members here as well as the chatrom ops, who im pretty sure would of given u an advice
