Yet more Chatroom chrashes

In the space of 10 min this morning the chatroom has booted us out - and I don't mean booted or kicked from a room, I mean SH's chatroom disconnected us for no apparent reason.
And in those few minutes we were in the rooms, we couldn't open cams or view profiles - AGAIN!
What are we paying for!

Anyone else having problems with the chatrooms?

I raised a topic earlier this morning about the chatroom booting people for no reason, problems with cams, problems opening profiles - only for one of the moderators to lock the topic.

can understand why locked as raising a support ticket is one of the suggestions by Support Team via their existing open thread, along with those encountering ongoing issues to perhaps use Chat via debug version, so if it does 'fail' you also create some system diagnostics that will help them with your/any support ticket raised.
there's already an open thread re ongoing Chat issues at the top of this forum, http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/swingers-forum/viewtopic/403613.html which the Support Team are monitoring - certainly easier than trying to look at multiple threads being created or people adding their names to yet another thread, i.e. this one.

Now I can't get into chat either through the normal big button or through the minute launch debug method. I have tried using different browsers - still can't get in.
And you wonder why i'm getting pissed off.....

When you say you can't get in, what exactly is happening? Blank screen? Is there an error message?

What sort of connection do you have? Cable? ADSL? Mobile dongle? The reason I ask is because I've seen this sort of behaviour on the latter when the cell coverage is poor.

Might be worth running http://www.speedtest.net/ as this will give an idea as to connection speed actually being achieved, which might help

I've experienced the same issues as HnS, albeit not too the levels as before.
It occurs more if your logged into a mobile handset ( not the SH App ) and using the default browser
