Chatroom Not Working - Edited Title

Hi is there any development to the chat room problem for aol users .there is no fault on aol side have used chat room on another site same flash player and all ok seem as tho SH have a conflict with aol please advise

Im afraid you are wrong there himher if you care to look at the problems other AOHell users are having with the chat room.

and you will see that AOL sometimes admit it to being their problem and then sometimes saying the problems not at their end.

AOL have just put an automated message on there help line stating they have problems with some web sites etc ONLY TOOK THEM 48hrs to admit they have a fault

To be honest, I think admin of this site should sort it, we paid our money in good faith and have been recieving a service for it, we have changed nothing and that service is not working, we are not internet or computer experts so think the site owners should get into conversation with AOL?Virgin and find out how to make it work and get it sorted. NBot only have we been trying for the last 2 days we done everything we been asked too, and taken a ticket thats not been replied to. clicking contact us is a waste of time just go round in blimming circles, Thanx K&T

Keep trying to get into the Midlands room on Server 3 and when it eventually drops below 70 and I manage to get in ( so I think ) everything freezes up and I get the old 5 minute holding pattern.....am I just too impatient?

why cant i get the chat rooms,,,,,,,,,,,, lets me in but all i get is a blank grey screen,,, stays the same no matter how meny times i log in or out, driving me up the wall now

I've bought a new PC with broadband but the chatrooms are slower than ever. I have to wait several minutes before any chat or a list of chatters comes up and cams often don't open at all. Sometimes the screen goes dead for no apparent reason even on the rare occasions everythings been working. I had a better response on dial up.

How long before the bugs get sorted and this works properly?

I am also having the same problem as Kittysin today. I can get in all the rooms apart from NW room on server 1.....I miss my friends

I have rebooted several times but it hasn't helped.....can an Op help?

just looked at the number of people who have accessed the 2 chatroom forum threads that refer to problems with access. The number of SH members who have viewed this subject now exceeds 10,000.....yes ...TEN THOUSAND, so unless aol want to lose customers bigtime they blasted well better sort it out and soon !
