trying to go to chatroom each time days im alread in it and wait 5 mins.still dont work.turned off pc logged out etc still the same.any help please

..would be grateful if someone could confirm whether the chatroom access problem has been resolved. Haven't been able to log in today and don't see any new posts re this issue..so maybe it's just me!

I'm not exactly pc literate but press enter chatroom, get the screen for rooms saying done and that is it. a blank screen.

Can anyone help with the chatroom issue of not fully loading...are there no pc boffins out there to help?Ive done all the tests & still empty grey boxes.HELP!please

'Everytime I attempt to log in to the chatroom, I get a greyed out Server 2 with not buttons working. So I have to close it, wait 5 mins and try again.
Is there no chance of me trying to log in and get 1 or 3 instead, only this is my 3 rd attempt now and I'm a bit
It's happened before but not 3 times in a row.'
This happens to me more often than not. When I do get in and try and change servers, more often than not the same things happens again. Annoying or what?

Hi I have been logging into the chat room today and after 5 mins i get logged out and have to wait to log in this is now doing my head in any advice or help please, never had this problem before

Has it occured before or has it just started happening?
If it has just started it could be your pc settings have changed try doing a system restore to a previous day when the chatrooms were ok.

I wonder whether it's the site itself, depending on how much traffic there is at any one moment.
Some days seem to be fine with me but other days it just seems to crash all the time. This is a real irritation because it only happens with this site.

the chatrooms are going mad crashing all the time lots of peeps are experiencing the same thing .. room goes slow text dont appear then crash 5 min wait again

Yeah there appears to be a major of amount of lag tonight.
Text takes anything upto 5 seconds to appear then crash you're dropped out.
Just done it to 20 people in our room 5 or 6 times in the last hour.

sorry, but how many times do people need to complain before the site is upgraded properly to accomodate the people using it.
Cannot all be the members computers and internet connections.

I absolutely agree. I've been on other sites with lots of traffic that don't crash this often. Someone should be taking note of the complaints because it seems to be getting worse
It may be of course that SH is a victim of it's own success, as more and more people join our fabled ranks, it creates a greater load on the existing servers. However servers don't cost THAT much and the need is getting desperate.
It would be a shame if people stopped using the site because of the constant crashing.
