looks like it could be a server 1 issue.... that is where is have been trying to put me, and disconnecting straight away, finally sent me to server 2 and got on...

im not hearing any sounds ie sounds when somone whispers ect its pain if ur in more than 1 room ,you miss whipsers from other rooms you not looking at,please help...

It's obviously fallen out with me as well. Are people still having problems with the user undefined message? ?Twice I've uninstalled the security update and all that entails and yet everytime I start up it's the same all over again!! ~Is there a "simple" way around that?

Don't have the security update but still not able to enter chat.........Never had problems before so something must have been changed on the site judging by number of similar posts.......

Is there a problem with the chat rooms today? When we click on the "enter chatroom" all we are getting is a blank box, any ideas guys as we were looking forward to an evening on the cams tonight?

Just checked all three servers and working fine.

Have you done all the usual, updated flash, cleared ya cache?

We have updated our flash to version 10 and cleared our cache but still no joy!! All we are getting is a white blank screen!? I've tried turning of my firewall too but that hasn't helped either!!

Any ideas?

When you click on the chat room and it starts to load, right click and check to see if you have the *play* ticked. If you have try unticking, then click forward and play again. See if that does anything.

Sorry other than that, I don't know what else to suggest to you other than put in a support ticket, with as much information as possible. Tell them what problem your having, browser your using, if its xp, pc or mac and anything else you think that maybe important. Also worth looking at the technical assistance (on above link) an see if any there is helpful.

Hope you get it sorted soon as I know how frustrating it is.

Internet providers have a habit of blocking specific port access which is necessary when accessing the chat servers.

From memory, one friendly ISP used to shut down access at busy periods.

Who are you using ?

Is there a problem with the chatroom? My friend and I (separate PC, isp, etc) can't get in but not sure if it's just us or the site .. you know how it is! icon_lol.gif

Hi Marya Server 1 and 2 are working, server 3 is unfortunately still down, but Admin are working on it. There is a separate thread in here discussing this and a reponse from Admin.


Please bear with us on this and all should be back to normal soon icon_wink.gif

Thanks for your response, however that just isn't very good ! I pay my fee to come on here and expect the site to work! Why, when I log on, am I only brougth to the server that's not working?

Sorry to hear you are not happy, but unfortunately technical issues are unpredictable but Admin are working on this. If you get taken to the server which is down and a blank window appears, try hitting your F5 key which will refresh and move you to one of the other servers (you may have to do this a couple of times though).

its 1308 at i cant get into any chatroom, ive refreshed the pages and for some reason it just stays at the loading screen, i was in there a little while b4, i go to enter and now cant get in icon_sad.gif
