Venue has 8 ensuite play rooms , sex swings , 2 large baths and a lounge to mingle Limited to 40 couples -Our last party at this venue was a sell out event so book early to avoid disappointment

for women: smart and sexy (Bunny outfits optional)
for men: suits, shirts or smart wear only (no jeans caps or trainers)

Single women are FREE
