We have the pleasure of hosting very elegant friendly swinging parties in the Mid Kent area in a unique large country house for couples and single ladies and a handful of selected gentlemen.

Although we do not wish to discriminate we aim to provide parties at a level that are normally only accessible to privileged members of society.

These parties are for people wishing to attend an elegant sophisticated sexy evening and prepared to make that extra effort in preparation and presentation.

These parties are not a Disco ,club ,flashing lights scenes but more subtle background music, grand piano ,softly lit events in a beautiful house tastefully decorated with luxury furnishings.

There are five play rooms ,one with glass walls for exhibitionists and voyeurs.

We feel that this atmosphere is more suited to certain members searching for a relaxed sexy ambience extremely difficult to find.

Dress code will be sophisticated , elegant and themed from time to time.

Guests will be selected for compatibility.

Contributions will apply to cover cost of venue and expenses.
