After meeting a lovely lady on the Chatroom - you know who you are - it was suggested I write one of these intros... I'm 36, weigh a comfortable 14.5 stone - and have recently had my boundaries opened. I train so that 14.5 is closer to 13.5 every week.. I've tried everything in the are not my thing.
