OK, So I'm 40, single, slim, blonde hair, blue eyes, OK (young) looking, intelligent. I have a good job, no excess baggage and I'm pretty well adjusted :)

I've swung in the past with straight and bi couples and always had a great time, although I am not a swinging nutter.
