Think they are doing some work on the site, and also added a new chat server 4. The site has been working great for a long time now, so must expect a bit of disruption from time to time.

Admin are working behind the scenes al the time trying to fix the site and they work all hours of the day.
Because this site is so large and so complex it has more than it's fair share of problems.
But it will be fixed or my name isn't rumplestiltskin

All of the issues with chat rotation etc should now be resolved, also chat 4 is fully operational now and hooked in, this should reduce load on the other 3 servers and help keep things running faster.
We are also looking to upgrade to a newer version of FMS which should give us double the capacity, to fully take advantage of this we would need to upgrade to higher spec servers than are currently available with our present hosting company, so we are also thinking about moving the chat servers elsewhere, but that may take a little time to sort out.

I've heard hawaii is nice this time of year. If you need somebody to oversee the project..... if you ask Dawnie, then I'm sure I can be free.

well i have to say having the extra server has lessoned the load on server 1 i now never get the message server full
