Lil_miz, it needs to be a pic off the net somewhere, once you fomd the pic you want right click onit and copy its address and then when creating your message in here, simply press the 'img' button towards the top right of the posting box, insert the picture address then press the 'img' button again,
IE.

Make sure you dont have any spaces in there, that my upset it.
Dont copy the URL from the adress bar on your browser, you need to right click on the picture select properties and and copy and paste the address/URL into your post.
