I read this and wondered how much truth is in it ........
Is cheating a health risk?

A recent study from The Journal of Sexual Medicine found that that people, who cheat in relationships, are less likely to practice safe sex with all their partners. For this conclusion researchers collected data on 801 individuals. 308 of them reported being unfaithful to a partner and 493 were in negotiated non-monogamous relationships, meaning people who have an agreement with their partner to engage in sex with others.
Now I take it that those cheating were, errrr, cheating and those in non-mongamous relationships were basically swingers in one form or another.
So over the last 3 days I have conducted my own little survey by going into the chatrooms that explicity say they are for those who like bareback and guess what I found, of the single males in the rooms at all times most were married or in relationships according to thier profile status but using single male profiles, of the others a great % were those without any pictures and unable to accommodate (does not always mean they are cheating but more often than not does) There were not enough single females or couples who stated in thier profiles that they were cheating to come to a conclusion about them at this time.
What do you think ?
Would this help confirm the study above ?
Can anyone think of a reason why those in a relationship but cheating would take greater risks ? I can't think of one
It does nto surprise me that those that cheat dont use a condom. They have little respect for their significant other as shown in the act of cheating and then again in the possible act of passing them a life threatening disease. Melodramatic but true. Mind you as most people on here will tell you we shoudent judge them as they all have their reasons. Now wheres my small violin... ohh here it is
:violin:
Quite a few valid points being made already. We all know the risks of unprotected sex, and we all agree that it's unfair, big time, on an unsuspecting partner.
I have mentioned before that a common request made of prostitutes, both male and female, is to ask if they will provide unprotected sex.
I've also mentioned before that most of a prostitutes clients are likely to be married men; and yes, that does go for male prostitutes too. It does make you wonder what some guys are prepared to share with their wife and mother of their children.
Yes skinny that is very very true.
And now I am going to upset some people, I am surprised by the amount of bi males I see in pictures who have pubic hair !
We only play with shaved women and we ourselves are both fully shaved and I am 100% straight, for this reason we know that we are safe from crabs (yes horrible to talk about but a danger in swinging) we are surprised at the amount of undhaved males willing to play with or around other unshaved males where crabs could be transferred.
Does it not simply come down to the desire for the greater sensation experienced when having unprotected sex compared to having it wrapped up? In my experience wearing a condom never feels as good as playing bare, but the risk of catching something or unplanned pregnancy is far too severe for me to want to play bare with someone I'm not in a long term relationship with. These married men are already selfish enough to want to cheat on their partners just for a bit of sexual gratification, so it doesn't surprise me that they would want to have as much fun out of it as possible with little/no regard for the consequences.
