I bought James Blunt too....really liked it to begin with and it's still not a bad album, but when you spend 7 hours a day in the car, you get a bit sick of hearing how "beautiful" you are every 20 minutes on the radio!
Worst album I own? Has to be "Space in Your Face" by the Galactic Cowboys....what a shed of shite that is!
I'm on Chris Ryan's "Greed" at the moment....it's about as close to a trashy novel for blokes as you'll get!
Just finished The Davinchi Code by Dan Brown - was a bit heavy going, but turned out good at the end!
Hmmm...more streamlined.....nah, don't fancy that much!
And no worries Harry....I hope there'll be a next one to look forward to.
Its one of those things.....I got distracted with work, but I'm back again now...terrorizing the BBW population of SH!
EEElllllllooooo Both!!!!
Just like old times eh Dark?
Mwah! good to see ya both again!
Hi All!
It's been a while, what with the new job and all that, but I'm hoping now I've been furnished with a laptop I'll be in a bit more often again!
I was getting on famously with some folk on here, and sadly, I've lost touch....so here I am trying to find out where all the lovely BBW's are!
Also, hope everyone's well....would be nice to hear from you all again!
Andy
Thanks for the response!
I guess I didn't make it very clear in my original post!
I'm basically from the south originally, but lived in the West Mids for a while, having moved into a job there. Said job terminated, in favour of a new sales role that covers the whole of the South, so I get around most areas pretty regularly.
There are a number of folks here that know me - you'll see that I'm down for the Mids Munch and the BBW event.
I was looking at both posts and the ads section, and just felt that there were significantly less ads or posts from folk in the south west....no science applied, just an observation.
I'm headed down that way all next week, and was hoping to meet some new folk.
I have had a couple of ads (admittedly posted a little while ago)....you're going to ask me for ad numbers now...will need some research first!
Hope this paints a slightly clearer picture!!!
Andy
Hi All,
Sorry its been a while again - the new job's really kicked in and I'm away all over the place. On the plus side, it's allowed me the chance to meet some really nice people.
Strangely, though, there seems to be very little activity in the Devon/Cornwall areas...which is a bit of a shame seeing as I seem to be spending a lot of my time there!
General areas of interest are Torquay, Plymouth, Hayle and Barnstaple.....areas I thought had reasonable populations, yet seem pretty inactive!
Interested to hear if anyone else has discovered this...and from anyone that is in that neck of the woods!
Andy
Hi all,
The new jobs kicked in, and I'm in the west country all next week. Will be around as follows:
Monday - Torquay
Tues - Plymouth
Weds - Hayle
Thurs - Barnstaple
Anyone in any of those areas fancy meeting up for a drink in the bar, and then maybe back to the room?
Give us a shout!
Andy

Hi All,
I'm back in Hants for Christmas. and already totally bored silly! Is there anyone within a reasonable driving distance that fancies some entertainment?! ;-)
As many of you will know already, I'm absolutely not bothered about size race or age (in fact most of the bbw's will know me!)
Drop us a line here, or a PM would be great!
Cheers ;-)
Well, I guess a bbw thread without a post from me just wouldnt be the same!!!
Hope everyone's well?!
My apologies for not being around much - this new job is keeping me busy!

Hi All,
Just saw this - wanted to share!
Enjoy!!
Hmmm Green Day - they used to be an alternative punk band before they sold out didnt they?!
Lol
If you're going to buy the album, go for Dookie instead - its a classic!
Hmmmm promises promises NN xx
Did somebody say BBW?!?!
Can't believe I'd missed this thread for sooo long!!!
My (very simple) take on it is this: BBW's are generally fantastic people. I personally find them attractive (but always have had a thing for larger ladies and larger busts).
I accept that some people don't share my view...but thats just fine - more BBWs for me!!!
Hmmm I just love gigs!
One of the best was Iron Maiden at Brixton Academy in about 98 when Blaze Bailey was on lead... Met a girl ended up with her on my shoulders...said girl nearly fell backwards, giving the bloke in front a damn good thwack in the back of his head with a size 8 DM boot. Felt sure I was going to get clobbered, but instead the bloke looked round, thumds up and said just "MAAAIDEN MAAAN!" - awesome!
Otherwise, Metallica always rock....Seen em 4 times now, and still find them amazing!
Most recent big gig was Nine Inch Nails at Brixton...very good...
But then, has anyone else in here heard of Kid Carpet? went to see him at BarAcademy in Brum a few weeks ago - mad, he plays kids instruments!!! Look him up on google...
Ello Maiden,
You're right, but hey ho - there are a few of us fighting the good fight for younger guys!
And I bet no matter how much older you might be, you'd still kick my arse on the bike...Took my Bianchi out a couple of weeks ago, and was sure it had lead wheels!
Hope you can make it to the meet!
xx
Well, I guess I'm guilty of missing pretty much all of those signs too...
Darkfire - we're gonna have one very odd chat when we get to these bashes ;-)
lol xxx
Hmmm, I've seen one as you drive in towards the Bullring from the Digbeth end - it's just before the road dips under the railway and on the right-hand side.
Never actually been in though, although it might be worth having a word with NaughtyNymphos and maybe Pheonix (???) - they know the area pretty well.
If you come up to Wolves, there's the "foxy lady" cinema in Bilston, just off the A41, although I heard a rumour it was closing down - havent been over that way for some time now.
Hope you find what you're looking for!
Kaz, you're a nutter - but I'm really looking forward to ot too!
Oh, and ello Dark!
Sorry - think I'm driving this thread the wrong way and the mods'll be shouting (Sorry!!)
xx
Oh - and has anyone given a shout out to Darkfire?!
- Haven't seen her around for a while....
DARKFIRE WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?!?!?!
xxx
Ello Kaz,
Well done on getting this sorted! Can I be top of the list for blokes then (you promised!!)
Thanks very much!! xxx
Hi Shaft - Big welcome here from Willenhall!
Have fun!
Thanks Helen,
Can't wait to have a beer with you all :-)
Nice thread!
Used to see plenty of this when I worked in a camera shop!
Basically, when you "delete" a file, it doesnt delete it at all - it just compresses it massively. If you take loads of shots, you'll sometimes notice that the card doesnt seem to hold as many pics as you thought it did.
Quite often, we'd get a very ordinary looking man/woman in with a memory card where they'd lost a shot because they'd "deleted" it, and needed help. We had image recovery software (bit like the one at Boots) that enabled us to view the compressed files...usually ended up with us realising that the ordinary customer was in fact a bit wild!
Best thing to do when you clear your images is to format the card using the setting on the camera - BUT DO IT MORE THAN ONCE. This wipes the compressed files, and spares your dignity if you need to hand over the card to a store for printing.
Would almost certainly be interested, and Monday would pose no problem since I'm based down this way more and more now...Keep us posted!
Hi Helen,
Hope you get well soon - make sure you get those feet up and plenty of blokes running round for you!
Andy
