Just root around the let find something you like or take a pic of yourself and then load it up as suggested above
There is a thread on here somewhere on downloading Avatar Sizer its a great programme.
But don't use it as it makes them too small now Robert

oops didnt know that
use somethng like Photoshop then
create a new image at the size the site requires
cut and paste your old or existing image into the new empty box
when it says shrink to size say yes
then save image again and you should have something the right size for the site

well at 44 iv have been there and tried most thing all I was doing was tidying up lose ends the other day and two hours was enough as it was starting to hurt
