Oh yeah, she also said she'll text me when she needs picking up again! :x :x :x
Well im off to the bathroom to see if I can scrub the MUG off my forehead.......... :doh:
Roll on Saturday where i will be with REAL friends.....

Thought the end of the week was nigh, when I had to drop off my friend at Stansted at 7:40pm Thurs, traffic was a bit heavy but id left early so we had spare time. Sitting in traffic, i happened to say that this was why we left early, to which she replies, yeah but ive only got 20 mins to get there????? Turns out she had given me the LATEST possible time she had to be there, not the time that check in opened :doh:
Needless to say, she missed the flight, i had to drive her back to mine and then drive her back again at 5am this morning.............. banghead

AAwww thanks Mark, at least someone would miss me rolleyes

Plans have changed thou, im dosed up on Sudafed/hot toddys and have since got a sitter!! lol

Velvet touch, i very nearly was thinking the same until I got my sitter, im more than happy for you to bring your little one along, after all this is just a social, with a bunch of 'yet to meet' friends. Im sure a lot of the people going are parents and completely understand the situation and would also be happy with this.
