I am still using "normal" fags but nowhere near as much as I did and find more and more a few puffs on the "plastic fag" will quell the urge for a while (and that "while" is slowly getting longer) :-)

The let down for me is that I didn't even notice the mirrors so could easily have gone into a private room without realising people can watch. Private means private to me so as yet, I'm still waiting to see the other changes
