My last job I left because the boss was a bully and only looked after his 'favorate' members of staff.
The job before that I left because the boss was a beleiver in blanket punishment and we were forever having to stay late because of 1 lad messing up.

What a question well I would say I'm proud to be british but britain not as it is now.
Food is up, petrol is up, well the whole cost of living has gone up but our wages are still not enough to keep up with the prices going up, the fact that we let every low life from other countrys (the ones that want to work are great but there are so many that come over and don't work) and after listening to the news when it said MPs will have a f**king pay rise (which is not fair) so I'm proud of what britain use to be.

Well I see we all have different views on what, when and how profile pics soon be. I think my mine problem is trust.
I use to be very trusting of people's profiles but now I'm not so sure there seem to be alot of people on here that have pics on there profile that are either, not them (as in 3rd party) or mis-leading.
I guess it just takes time to sort though the genuine from the time wasters.
There isn't really a way to find out that untill you drive somewhere for a meet.
I agree with you H if there was a 'no 3rd party' rule it would prob make it easier for alot of people.
Photos will be deleted if they contain any of the following:
Anyone who looks under the age of 18.
Contain little or nothing of the account holders.
Children can be seen - anywhere and in any context
People can be seen in the background
Animals can be seen
Any contact information such as an email address, URL or mobile/telephone number is on them
They are too small to be useful or if they have not been cropped correctly.
The photo is blurred or too difficult to make out.
They are deemed to be too obscene or inappropriate for this site.
Please note repeated disregarding of these rules WILL result in your account being de-activated.
So can't see any problem with anyone having a 3rd party in there pics. :shock:
This is one of the problems with some of the SH rules, one rule says one thing and another rule something different. We had this problem back last year when we put a 3 party pic on our profile it was removed so Richard asked why and a mod said 3rd party pics are not permited but after reading 2 different rules we where confused but we now have one 3rd party pic on our profile.
It is confusing some times to what is permited and what is not maybe SH should make up one set of rules for all not 0ne for some a one for others.
Why is it when you look at a cpls profile they have a great write up but when you go to cheak out the pics all you see are either:-
Cocks,
Just the woman,
Boobs,
I know there are lots out there with pic of both the man and woman, but dont no about any others out there but we get put off when only seeing pics of the one person. We dont look for face pics just pics that show that its defo a cpl.
Are we on our own with this?

Does everyone read profile or do you just look at the pics?
I tend to read them to find out what people are looking for i.e.
What age they are looking for,
Are they looking for cpls, males, females ect,
can they tavel etc.
Am I on my own or do you mail/wink people out of luck?
