Just give yourself a release, i played best due to anger, it gave me a rush which made things easy to deal with. Find something that gives you that release.

This reminded me of a band I've recently discovered called Nouvelle Vague. You'd have heard a couple of their tracks used in adverts ( T Mobile and the orange juice one ) They've done some excellent covers including Ever Fallen In Love, Don't Go and Teenage Kicks.

I can be really bad at reading signals unless they are full on and direct - but have found if I am giving out the signals myself, sometimes very obviously, fellas can be just as bad and just don't get them at all! It can be most frustrating! lol

My records something like 20 hours although i know someone who will probably reveal herself later whos beaten that 
ok ok he's talking about me!
i did manage to sleep for something like 27 hours once!
Now to set the scene i was a fairly new mum, and it was Mr. V's first days off since our daughter had been born (about 6months!), he looked after her and i went for a nap! umm i woke about dinner time the next day!
