It's always difficult to judge with a 'new' venue what will work and what won't.
To give the organisers fair dues they did ask the exhibitors for 'feedback' so that they can improve it for next year and hopefully they will have taken on-board both the negative and the positive feedback.
You can always leave your feedback on the organisers website:
From SH's perspective, we learnt a lot, so if we're there next year we will be better. :thumbup:

We set off, both nervous & excited chatting about our evening ahead. We stopped off for some fuel, Ste gets out to fill the car, then after a little while pops his head back in the car to say "I've f**cked up, I've put unleaded in" We were in the diesel car!
We pushed it to the side of the garage & waited to get towed home, all dressed up with nowhere to go :sad:

A huge THANK YOU to everyone at Xtasia who went 'above and beyond' the call of duty last night. Especially the unsung heroines behind the bar (
girls you did a sterling job) and the club security team ( :thumbup: ) lads who got everyone in and sorted double quick. Lastly to Paul and the lovely Flirt - great job folks you must be knackered.
Thanks also to our site owners for funding the entire do - long may SH continue. And a special thanks to my Chat Op colleagues for their back-up and help behind the scenes. I must also note here that I 'inhertited' the organisation of this event from Dawnie who setup the whole thing in the first place! :kiss:

Gents - Shirt and trousers always goes down well with the ladies in any club.
Ladies - Usually whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Most off-putting thing in a club is wearing a heavy after-shave or perfume and if you smoke - take a packet of breath mints.. :thumbup:
