Have you downloaded an update to recently? I had the same problem which I finally attributed to a add on which had been automatically installed (even though I had unchecked the option box during installation). Using the uninstall files option got me working again.

I think the majority of the ads are probably genuine when they are placed but a lot are placed by newbies who may chicken out when it comes to the crunch.
Others just don't feel any attraction to you (whether because you haven't sold yourself or you're just not their type; it does happen).
Whichever, the disheartening part is when they don't bother to reply. Surely it doesn't take much to say "thanks for the interest but not what we're looking for".
Then again there are those who get their buz by receiving replies (and photos) without ever intending to meet. Needless to say, some of them may not be what they say they are!
A couple of indicators, however, can give you some clues:
How long have they been a member? If they only signed up that morning chances are they haven't done it before.
Are they active in the forums and or chatrooms? You can tell quite a bit about their character from what they say and do.

It looks like we have lost another venue even before it got properly started. I went to ClubOne2One last Sunday (4th June) only to be told that it is no longer open "as a Swinging Club" except for special parties, which will be held every few weeks. The reason given was that there wasn't enough custom!
It is surprising considering the obvious considerable expense that has gone into the facilities and I wonder what use they will make of the club during the non-event weeks.
Anyone have any further info?

Any more up to date experiences of clubone2one? I'm hoping to get down there next weekend, I only hope it's a bit livelier than when I first went there 
I would comment that their website could do with a bit of an update. When they first opened there was a long list of upcoming events but it seems that list just stays even when the event is long gone.
Still, personal experience is what counts and it certainly seems to have all the right facilities.

Gotta agree that this club has got everything a swinger needs. It just needs to establish a regular clientele cos it's new.
Unfortunately, I will not be in Leicester this weekend but I will certainly be back next time I am in town.
