I had an email from my sis in NZ and it's thought over there that one day blockades are going to do very little to change the situation? I think we all agree with that?
Her's a suggestion that might just work - from someone in NZ i believe?
"If for arguments sake everyone stopped buying fuel from one of the big guns like "shell" or Texaco? eventually they would have to reduce their prices or loose countless millions of pounds?
Everyone here for the purpose of this could both collectively decide not to buy from one of the above, then tell everone you know not to.
If we all done this, and let's just say it was Shell, they would have to reduce fuel costs, if they did this the others would have to follow because once the price came down everyone would switch to them leaving the others out in the cold, thus creating reduced costs, and a price war?"
